Conference room availability checking before booking conferrence room.
When we try to booking conference room. Room schedule and room name is not showing. Before select the conference room we are not able to see the room is available or not.
It would be great if we could set the maximum booking lead time of meeting room by date instead of number of days. For example, if we can set the lead time like “available to book until 3/30/2020”, it will be more useful.

When a repeating meeting is created with a room, if a single instance has a conflict with the room.. then the meeting is created but the room just declines all the instances.
I would rather the calendar say right then that the room has declined the meeting and not allow it to be created.
There are many ways this could be implemented pretty easily. Or even put a “check” button that could do a dry run and check to see if the room will decline the meeting and let you know the results.
This continues to cause issues for our users that think they have a meeting with room.. only later to find out the room declined the meeting.
