Please offer a way to turn off conversations!
Please allow a way to turn off the "conversations" feature.
Please, please, PLEASE stop using "conversation view" as the default in e-mail programs. I have yet to meet a professional of any sort who prefers conversation view to message view. I just had to individually switch each of 30-plus folders to message view in Outlook on Office 365. At the very least, please provide a way to turn conversation view off globally in Office 365. Given how many people were upset when conversation view was the only option in the original Windows 10 mail app, you would think Microsoft would have learned its lesson by now. Conversation view is awful.
Office 365 needs to make disabling conversation view easier-
finding the following article is a god send-
can you please make this information more accessible, like under the conversation view tab?
I'd like to turn conversation mode off. Is there any way to do that?
Get rid of conversation mode! Or, at least make it an option. It is a horrible feature and should only be "on" if people choose it.
All the other mail services (Gmail, Yahoo) allow the user to unthread their conversations. You need this feature. I am constantly missing emails, especially when the person makes two responses before I am able to get to them (I miss the first). I they weren't threaded together, this wouldn't happen. Please consider this feature.
I don't like the way office is condensing my mail into single items. I forwarded a message and it merged into another "conversation" & I am losing track of individual emails. Is there a way to change this? Because I do not like that and it sucks.
I would prefer to see my messages in a list and not conversations. Please make this an option.
