Another vote to allow global disable of conversations view. It is terrible.

Add the option to turn OFF conversations in the browser version. This is an option for every single email server that offers conversations organizing, and through the apps it's possible for outlook. While some people may enjoy it personally, we need the option to turn it off when it starts causing serious delays and complications in workflow.
Please provide an option to turn off email conversation view.

When searching email on outlook.office.com for Office 365, please provide a way to quickly switch between messages view and conversation view without having to exit the search.
Often it is easier to find a message in messages view whereas the default view might be conversation view.
Please Microsoft, for heaven's sake, TURN OFF CONVERSATION VIEW FOR ALL FOLDERS for outlook on office 365!!! Don't you hear paid users screaming for years! I don't have the time to change this setting for every single hundreds of folders! It's a disaster when I have to use someone's else PC to access my mails! And I just found out this conversation setting also screwed my outlook app on iPhone how the folders are getting emails.

Conversations should be built around IDENTICAL subject lines in order for it to be most useful. Outlook is combining emails into one conversation that don't belong together.

Allow me to choose the default "view" for messages, as thread or individual messages. Every time I create a folder, I have to remember to go in and change the "filter" to view messages as individual messages rather than a thread.

I do not like emails bunched in conversations - please can I have the option to have them all individually listed.

Hi, please allow Conversation view (which is not supported) for a shared mailbox in Outlook DESKTOP. It would be nice if the emails can show as conversation in the shared mailbox lika a normal mailbox.
We have a "support" mailbox and it's very frustrating not being able to see the conversation of recvd and sent messages grouped together.
However this works with a workaround If the shared mailbox is opened in a separate page (click the photo in the top right corner > Open another mailbox), the emails will show as conversation after set the option to “Conversation”.
Is there a way to remove the conversation view? I want a straight view of each email individually viewed in a list. HELP option did not provide a way

There should be an option to turn off conversations. Anytime there is more than one new message in a conversation I either miss one of the new messages or I have to open up every message in the conversation to figure out what is new. Also, when a conversation gets long there is just too much information within the message. Finally, when I'm dealing with messages in a conversation, I'm not sure how to move individual emails to other folders without moving the entire conversation.

It'd be great to include an option in conversations so that conversations are turned off. I find it valuable to be able to track e-mails by when they were sent.
Currently, if I know an e-mail was sent at the beginning of November. I won't be able to find it at the beginning of November because it'll be moved to when ever the latest e-mail in the conversation occurred.
"Oh well, you can just change the settings to show the oldest e-mail on the top of a conversation". If I do that now, I won't be able to search for the e-mail I know was roughly the time frame of the last e-mail in a conversation.
Please. Please, give us the option to turn off conversations.

just a simple setting that can be used in set-mailbox or set-mailboxpolicy would be really helpful. -conversationview $false

Please allow a way not only by going to "Filter, then Show as, Conversation or Message" within the Web interface, but a way to modify this behavior tenant wide for Administrators!!
At the very very very least allow the option to be configured via PowerShell.
Managers and IT departments are complaining they have to rely on the fact users will set this when some emails are lost in the Grouped view and users who know no better are not getting Fwd's and other direct replies when buried in this view.
Please if you are going to force this view by default, allow a way Administrators can mange the view as well.

GET RID OF THE "CONVERSATION" mode on Email.
Who ever came up with that is clearly not a business email user.

Turn off conversation view as a default, and stop making me search old outdated posts online on how to turn it off. I still havn't found out how to do it after 10 minutes of searching and I'm not sure how long it will take to find the answer. Rude.
