Adding people to your group from contact list

I don't see how to add people to my directory from my contact list so I can add them to my group, since there's no option to add directly from my contacts to my group

    Improvement - Contacts - Change Email Address
    You should be able to change the original email address assigned to a contact. I have tried and it appears the only way to change the email address associated with a contact is to create a new contact.

    I noticed that I can Not add people to a group from my contact list directly. I think selecting a person name from a list is faster and easier than typing their name then checking the directory and finally selecting the personal.
    I would like to have the option of adding people to groups directly from my contact list.

    It would be great if you guys could give us an easy way to add all users in the directory to our contacts list, without having to select each person one by one. It would be extremely useful since we can only export a list of our contacts in Office 365.
