Not easy to move around123 votes
I miss several features in Outlook365.
One of them is being able to see my daily tasks in my calendar. In Outlook 2016 I could check a box and then I could see my tasks under the calendar. Great way to keep an overview.12 votes
Outlook's To-Do feature (flagging) affects Tasks, Mail, Contacts, Calendar...everything in Outlook.
Each item in Outlook be it a Message, Task, Contact, Calendar entry, etc. could be managed more effectively were the following allowed to be applied to any Outlook item:
4.) Dating (start and/or due dates)
5.) Add a “My Today” field/button (not a date)
Again, the above five items are the core of what makes Outlook amazing. These should be easier to apply regardless of what Outlook item is being worked on in the web app or desktop app, period.9 votes
Adding checklists to tasks so one topic can contain multiple tasks which can be checked as completed individually. Also the percentage of completion of each task can be derived from this.8 votes
We can mark our emails with a flag to raise attention for a task we have to do. There are standard time frames within which we must do them, but I can't add a custom due date. I just got an email today that I need to do something within two weeks (by Feb. 22), but given the limited options, I can't set 2/22 as the due date. Only today, tomorrow, or next week. We should have the option to flag for completion by whatever date each task is due, rather than be restricted to standard options like today, tomorrow, or next week.

Integrate To-do with calendar and outlook so that you can see task in calendar8 votes
I have searched high and low for how to organize Office 365 to work in a manner of "Getting Things Done. The Task function is hopeless. Help!6 votes
I live by the Task list, however, the O365 Outlook Tasks doesn't provide the same features as the desktop version.
Can you please add to O365:
- Search feature for Tasks
- Sort Tasks by Categories
Also, I don't see the ability to Create a Task from an email. This may be there and I haven't found it yet.
This would greatly improve my productivity away from my desk.
Thank you, Jackie S.5 votes

Arrange the personal tasks in a Gantt-like chart. Including estimated durations. This allows to plan task ahead and keep track on the possible delivery time of new tasks4 votes
Not sure how all the other Smart lists made it and My Day did not.4 votes
It would be useful if I could sync my SharePoint task lists with my Outlook 365 tasks (and then with To-Do as that already syncs with Outlook 365 tasks). However, it seems SharePoint tasks will only sync to my Outlook Desktop app, when I click on "Connect to Outlook". I'd like to have my SharePoint task lists synced with my 365 Outlook tasks, just as they do with the Outlook Desktop app.

To-do app looks great. My suggestions are,
* Options to Plan weekly task
* In task each steps to 've due date and reminder seperately4 votes
I would love to be able to pin my tasks/to do list in the email reading pane4 votes
Looking for a PDF add-in. Use PDF files constantly and need to be able to edit, extract, update on a regular basis within SharePoint.4 votes
I think it would be useful if the "Task" tab could have folders and you could drag sections into the folders. This is a way to be more organized and find things easier instead of scrolling and searching for whatever it is you have to find. Hopefully you guys will consider this. Have a good day!

you should try to add some of the features of the desktop (heavy) version of outlook into the web version. Such as more features for creating, sorting, assigning tasks in the Task application. The desktop version has a lot of features for that and the web version practically has none. Visually it is harder to keep track of the progress of tasks.2 votes
