  1. Allow Office 365 Group to receive the reply mails when creating a meeting request from the Office 365 Group calendar

    When creating a meeting request from Office 365 Group calendar and attendees accepted to reply, it won’t receive the reply mails. So, please allow Office 365 Group to receive the reply mails from the attendees.

  2. Show reduction in room capacity in Room Finder based on room bookings/invites..

    Need the ability to be able to see the room capacity and then the reduction in capacity as the room is booked. We have the need to book spaces in our offices based on social distancing capacity. The bookings may be done by a host selecting an area for the relevant number of people in their collaboration meeting or by individuals booking a space. At the moment the capacity doesn't reflect the number of places booked in any given space at any given point.

    Would be good to make this feature available on both the desktop and online versions.

  3. Implement a feature that deletes the past evet reminders automatically in Outlook on the web

    We would like to have a setting that deletes or dismisses the past evet reminders automatically if we don’t want to notice them.

  4. Add groups as Booking Delegate for a meeting mailbox

    We would like to add a distribution group or a mail-enabled security group as a booking delegate for a meeting mailbox. We can add multiple users from Exchange admin center, but the method is complicated, and it might cause mistakes if there were many users to be added. It will be convenient if we are able to add groups.

  6. Show a warning message if one of the multiple booking delegates accepts the event

    If there are multiple booking delegates for one meeting room, it would be confusing if each delegate sends different replies (Accept, Decline, etc.). So, we would like you to add a warning message to be pop up stating like “The event is already Accepted” when the first reply took place and another user tried to reply afterwards.

  7. Implement a feature that can schedule and modify an event which occurs irregularly in bulk without using Recurring Meeting

    We would like you to implement a feature that schedules an event which occurs irregularly in bulk without using Recurring Meeting.
    If you want to modify the irregular event, the event is independent, and it is hard to modify it one by one. So it would be great if we would modify the irregular event in bulk.

  8. Please stop automatically adding Skype to meeting requests based on the location

    On Outlook on the Web, when you type in a meeting location such as "Call" the calendar app will automatically add a Skype meeting to that call. If you don't catch it while creating the invite, it's impossible to remove it after the fact.

    This creates a ton of frustration and confusion, as we use a host of video conference tools (not always our choice). This puts a "Join Online Meeting" link at the bottom of the invite that's impossible to remove without deleting and resending the appointment, with much embarrassment.

    Please do not pigeon-hole us into using Skype for…

  9. Delete the dup scheduled item from not only the meeting room but also the organizer’s calendar

    We would like you to implement a feature that deletes the duplicated item from not only the meeting room but also the organizer’s calendar when the meeting room would be double-booked.
    We can check if the request was declined by expanding the schedule or checking the mailbox, but we cannot check whether the meeting room was actually booked with organizer’s calendar.

  11. Implement a feature that can change the group list for a calendar after adding it

    Currently, you cannot change the calendar group list for the user/meeting room calendars after they got added from the Add calendar option in Outlook on the web (you can select the list “when” adding calendars).
    Also, the shared calendar cannot be moved from People’s calendar after it is approved.
    This behavior is very inconvenient, so we would like you to implement the feature that can change group list for a calendar “after” adding it.

  12. When I changed the room information, New Gui (Meeting room search) can't show new room information.

    I want to invalidate the display by cache.
    Please search the address book instead of the cache and display the latest information.

  13. Decline recurring item only when a delegate meeting room has a different event on the same day

    If you register a recurring item in a delegate meeting room, you have only two options to Accept all items or Decline all items in the invitation sent to the delegate.
    So, please allow the delegate to decline only one recurring item meeting room has a double-booked events on the same day.

  15. Delete only calendar-related mails

    When you want to delete calendar-related mails, you can retrieve them by using the Search Mailbox cmdlet. But with that method, the cmdlet will retrieve items associated with the calendar, so you are not able to delete only calendar-related mails.
    So, we would like you to implement a feature that delete only mails sent to Inbox while not impacting events shown in the calendar.

  16. Revert to the previous behavior that shows all meeting rooms or room list distribution groups when creating a meeting event

    Previously, it was easy to find a meeting room because all meeting rooms or room list distribution groups was shown in the calendar in Outlook on the web. However, the new design is difficult to use because the search doesn’t return results like before by using the search keywords. Also, we have to be familiar with the search keywords to get expected results. So, please revert to the previous behavior.

  17. Slow when adding hundreds of attendees to meeting

    When adding lots of attendees to a meeting notice, Outlook on the web slows to a crawl. You're unable to make any quick edits to the meeting such as blocking forwarding, changing the location, etc. The problem seems to get worse as you add more attendees. This has been validated in multiple tenants. We would love to drive adoption of Outlook on the web over Outlook for windows to solve all the caching issues, but this is a critical blocker.

  18. Permanently collapse Calendar side panes

    In month view when I when I collapse the right agenda pane, I want it to stay collapsed until I change it even after a restart. Or provide a setting that allows me to choose the default for the pane as collapsed. Similar for the left calendar pane would be nice too.

  20. Link to join Microsoft Teams meeting should be at the top

    When creating a new Teams meeting in the Calendar from an email, the join details are added to the very bottom of the email thread. This can create confusion if the email thread is long or if the invitee is not familiar with Teams. The meeting details should go at the top so invites can easily see them.
