  2. Default Reminder has no NEVER option

    Default Reminder in calendar has no option for NEVER remind, please bring it back, not all calendars require a reminder.

  3. Add mail templates for shared mailboxes

    I manage a shared inbox for media and customer questions. The vast majority of these questions require one of 5 standard replies, so I use mail templates to make things easier. But my colleagues can't access these templates, and they have to create their own. Great if we could share these templates!

  4. Add custom category colors

    Ability to add custom colors (via hex#, RGB, CMYK, etc.) for categories.

    It would be very beneficial for me when planning out my week using the calendar. There are 10 colors of various pastels (top two rows), a row of 5 greys, and 10 colors of various jewel-tones (bottom two rows) to choose from. I've got 20+ different projects I'd like to be able to plan ahead for and also be able to see clearly when glancing at my calendar. Would be tremendous help with planning and project management, as well as being able to quickly re-prioritize.

  5. Meeting Notes for Calendar Events in OneNote

    Create meeting notes (personal or shared) in OneNote from Calendar event - just like in the desktop client, right-click menu.

  6. Display meeting room capacity

    When booking a meeting today we can choose from room lists which is very useful. But the capacity attribute is not displayed leaving us to have to manually append capacity to the display name. It would be useful to have the capacity value show up when selecting meeting rooms so that we can choose the right capacity for the local audience.

  7. Add search function in "room" field

    Hi,

    Add a room search function:
    It would be great to have a search function within the room list. Currently we need to add the room via "add people" which is a bit counter-intuitive.
    "Available rooms" and "All rooms" are not useful in an enterprise environment as we have thousands of rooms across the globe and it sorts them alphabetically. Adding filters might also help.

  9. I want to organise all the calendars in my list eg in alphabetical order or in order of those most commonly used. I am unable to do so

    I am wasting a lot of time trying to find different calendars in my list. I have tried to reorganise them eg in alphabetical order or in order of those most commonly used but have not succeeded.

  10. Calendar Agenda/List View

    I am using Outlook web through my work for email and calendar. We use a very busy shared calendar. Many times we can not see all the details of individual appointments and are forced to click on individual appointments. to reveal the missing details in the subject line.

    In our previous application (Lotus) we had an agenda view, which showed each appointment completely one after the other in a list view. This view allowed for seeing the complete details of each appointment without needing to click each one.

    This is a much needed feature.

  11. configure online or offline meeting by default

    Please add the possibility to set a default option for online meetings for all meetings created in Calendar.

    For example:
    as an user,
    i want to go to calendar settings
    and have an option to configure a default attribute for all meetings,
    choosing between:
    offline meeting
    online meeting: Skype
    online meeting: Teams

  12. Show all rooms as the suggestion when searching room list in the calendar item creation window in Outlook on the web

    When you create a new calendar item in Outlook on the web, many meeting rooms are shown in the Browse Rooms pane. However, when we search a meeting room list, only meeting rooms within the room list which we have recently searched are shown.
    I would like you to improve this behavior as it would be nice if many rooms are shown, then we can check more rooms.

  15. Calendar Repeating Meeting Options

    There needs to be a repeating meeting option that is custom. For example, I have to enter a required activity on the 10th accounting day of every month. This date can occur on many different dates, depending on how weekends fall, or holidays. I cannot do this with the current Outlook options. So now, instead of simply creating 6 different calendar invites, I have to create 72 different calendar invites. This is inefficient and a waste of my time.

  18. Customize Default Behavior for All-Day Events (Show as Busy and not Free)

    Please add the ability to customize default behaviours for items such as all-day events in calendars. It is extremely counter-intuitive to show an all-day event as free, rather than busy, especially when we are using the Bookings app which depends on unavailable times showing as busy to properly schedule appointments.

  19. printing page options

    When printing a page from the calendar, since newest upgrade we now have to click on ALL and then CUSTOM to input which pages to print. I never print all pages and it's now a pain to have to constantly select CUSTOM to print just the pages I want. Can you please change that back?

  20. The all day event setting behavior for a new calendar item in Outlook on the web

    The meeting room which has been booked for a certain period of time would be shown as an available room when we need a room to book for all day event.

    For example,
    Room A was booked: -
    1) 27th Aug from 12:30 to 13:30
    2) 27th Aug from 15:30 to 17:00.

    When I try to book a room as all day event and if start/end time was already set at time before the existing event; in this case from 8:00 to 8:15, the Room A would be shown as one of available rooms in the room suggestion option. Then…
