Dark Mode for Office 365
Need a dark mode for office 365
101 votesFirst off, thank you for taking the time to provide the feedback and request Dark Mode for Outlook on the Web in Office 365.
We have heard this feedback loud and clear and have added Dark mode as part of our new Preview Client. Right now the feature is enabled for Targeted Release tenants/Users.
If you want to try out this new feature you should ask your admin to configure you for this early release group. As we continue to validate the new experience we will slowly roll it out to all users over the coming months.
For more details about everything the New Client experience offers, you might want to check out this blog. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Outlook-Blog/An-early-version-of-the-new-Outlook-on-the-web-will-be-available/ba-p/225338
Thanks!

Duplicating Calendar Events
In the Calendar Application/Portal - allow for singular duplication of events.
Not repeating events, just the ability to take an event and copy/paste it to another day.Example:
Tues - January 10th, Staff Meeting 10amDuplicate
Thursday - February 24th, Staff Meeting 10am
80 votesThanks for your feedback! The “duplicate event” option is available in the OWA Beta. Go to your calendar and right click on any event to find the option.

Display the Same Features of Office Outlook the Same Everywhere
Offer online users of office outlook the same exact interface as outlook 365 and vise versa. I am not able to complete the same tasks using the office 365 when working from home as I can at work. This is presents a ton of challenges using the web version of office outlook.
33 votesThanks for your feedback about Outlook on the web! We’re trying to give our web users the best experience possible to complete their tasks. Sometimes we need to make concessions in order to make our app run quickly and effectively on the web, but we’re always trying to add features that you love. Could you tell us a little more about which features you miss most while using Outlook on the web?

Make unread messages more visible with bold face black color font
Instead of a light blue font for an unread message, just make the whole message a bold face font. It's easier to see what new messages you have. The current color scheme is too subtle.
22 votesThanks for the feedback. In order to make your message list appear less cluttered, try the following ideas. Click on the gear in the top right hand corner, and turn off Attachment Previews, Sender Photos, and Message Preview text. Hope that helps!

Sort your folders by name or other
Please make it so I can alphabetize my folders or reorder them as I like. It is frustrating that the newest added is at the bottom of the list. An organize your folder or even a way to sort seems so basic and I have no idea why me and MANY others have google searched this only to find no fix after many years.

Onenote integration with outlook web access
Have the onenote link within outlook web access. It's been 8.5 months, since I switched from MS Outlook client to Outlook web access (browser). The skype integration works great, and the only thing that is missing is the Onenote integration. With local outlook client there is integration between a meeting, and onenote (so I can refer to the meeting minutes by going through the calendar invite).
Other wish list is the Notes - in outlook web access. Doesn't provide the capabilities like the outlook client.27 votesThanks for the feedback on this idea. We are actively working on a solution here and plan to have it available shortly. Please stay tuned…

Add option to not open calendar in a new browser tab
The new UI forces you to open a new tab when you click on the calendar. I want the option to switch to the calendar in the same tab.

Email moderation buttons (Approve/Reject)
It would be good to have the ability to approve or reject moderated emails as you can present to in OWA. Beta has no buttons for this, and I have to swap between the two versions

Please stop the forwarding notification.
Please stop the forwarding notification.
15 votesCould you tell us a little more about your scenario? We have this feature enabled so that hackers don’t turn on forwarding without you knowing, and we think that most users who want to forward their email from this account will not be using this email account each day. Is there a special case where you want to forward your email but still use this account frequently?

recurring automatic reply
On the Automatic reply (out of office ) feature PLEASE include a fucntion which allows you to set a recurring out of office (automatic reply) for certain days of the week (for example every Monday). Many people work part time and are automatically out of the office on exact same days of the week - it would be great to be able to programme a function to automatically start a automatic reply at exactly the same time every week (a recurring one)

Add back Open Calendar option
In the old OWA you could add a colleague's calendar by right clicking a calendar group and then selecting "Open Calendar". This would allow you to search for your colleague and then add their calendar to your calendar group in the sidebar. This is an integral feature for team based, global companies in order to keep track of your colleagues' time and location.
9 votesThanks for your feedback. The ability to add calendar from directory is in the OWA Beta. Click on the “discover calendars” link in the left panel of the calendar. In the discover calendars dialog, select import calendar from directory.

Visual Email Notifications
Can you add some kind of visual email notification? Maybe something similar to the traditional Outlook icon in the tray, that shows the number of new emails that have come in. If I'm not at my desk to "hear" emails come in, I don't notice them when I return. This means I'm constantly having to check my email just to see if I have anything.
15 votesHey, thanks for giving us your feedback! In the new version of Outlook on the Web, we will support browser notifications which will keep you updated of new emails and calendar events even while you’re not looking at OWA.
We also have a red dot that appears on the browser tab on the OWA logo, which lets you know that you have new mail.

Posibility to add shared inboxes to favorites
Using Office 365 webmail, it should urgently be made possible to display "shared accounts inbox" in favorites. The webmail functionality is almost not useable for us until that is possible.
We have 5 shared inboxes. Using webmail, we have to open each individual shared inbox to investigate if any new mails has arrived.
Using Outlook, we add the inboxes to favorites. That way its possible to register new mails just by sweeping the program.
