Monitoring the response time
Dear Microsoft team,
Is there a tool to monitor the response time of the mails?
We wish to monitor the response time for the mails received by the customer care.
Instead of monitoring individual mail for response, could you please facilitate a tool by which we get to know the response time for individual mail.
My employee receives a mail at 16:58
My employee responds to the mail at 17:58
However I want my employee to respond within 20 minutes of receiving the mail.
presently I have monitor every individual mail manually. Kindly provide some kind of statistical tool to monitor the response time.
