Need a dark mode for office 365108 votes
First off, thank you for taking the time to provide the feedback and request Dark Mode for Outlook on the Web in Office 365.
We have heard this feedback loud and clear and have added Dark mode as part of our new Preview Client. Right now the feature is enabled for Targeted Release tenants/Users.
If you want to try out this new feature you should ask your admin to configure you for this early release group. As we continue to validate the new experience we will slowly roll it out to all users over the coming months.
For more details about everything the New Client experience offers, you might want to check out this blog. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Outlook-Blog/An-early-version-of-the-new-Outlook-on-the-web-will-be-available/ba-p/225338
In the Calendar Application/Portal - allow for singular duplication of events.
Not repeating events, just the ability to take an event and copy/paste it to another day.
Tues - January 10th, Staff Meeting 10am

Thanks for your feedback! The “duplicate event” option is available in the OWA Beta. Go to your calendar and right click on any event to find the option.
In Outlook The ability to drag and drop email into "tasks" as is available with the desktop version...PLEASE.65 votes
Thank you for your feedback! The ability to drag and drop an email to the task panel is available in the Outlook Web beta. We’re reviewing the ability to enable you to drag a task to the calendar, and will reply back once we have an update.
Offer online users of office outlook the same exact interface as outlook 365 and vise versa. I am not able to complete the same tasks using the office 365 when working from home as I can at work. This is presents a ton of challenges using the web version of office outlook.35 votes
Thanks for your feedback about Outlook on the web! We’re trying to give our web users the best experience possible to complete their tasks. Sometimes we need to make concessions in order to make our app run quickly and effectively on the web, but we’re always trying to add features that you love. Could you tell us a little more about which features you miss most while using Outlook on the web?
Have the onenote link within outlook web access. It's been 8.5 months, since I switched from MS Outlook client to Outlook web access (browser). The skype integration works great, and the only thing that is missing is the Onenote integration. With local outlook client there is integration between a meeting, and onenote (so I can refer to the meeting minutes by going through the calendar invite).
Other wish list is the Notes - in outlook web access. Doesn't provide the capabilities like the outlook client.41 votes
Thanks for the feedback on this idea. We are actively working on a solution here and plan to have it available shortly. Please stay tuned…

Thanks for your feedback! In the OWA Beta, you can do a room search in the location field. Please let us know if you have any feedback for this experience.
CUSTOMIZED DATE FLAG RETURNS33 votes
Thanks for trying the Beta!
We’re currently working on bringing back customized date flagging and will update this ticket once we’ve completed it. Thank you for your patience!
The new UI forces you to open a new tab when you click on the calendar. I want the option to switch to the calendar in the same tab.9 votes
Please make it so I can alphabetize my folders or reorder them as I like. It is frustrating that the newest added is at the bottom of the list. An organize your folder or even a way to sort seems so basic and I have no idea why me and MANY others have google searched this only to find no fix after many years.
Instead of a light blue font for an unread message, just make the whole message a bold face font. It's easier to see what new messages you have. The current color scheme is too subtle.22 votes
Thanks for the feedback. In order to make your message list appear less cluttered, try the following ideas. Click on the gear in the top right hand corner, and turn off Attachment Previews, Sender Photos, and Message Preview text. Hope that helps!
Is it possible to have the personal calendar /appointments as a sidebar on the right side of Outlook?9 votes
Thanks for your feedback! We’re reviewing this idea and will let you know once we have an update.
On the Automatic reply (out of office ) feature PLEASE include a fucntion which allows you to set a recurring out of office (automatic reply) for certain days of the week (for example every Monday). Many people work part time and are automatically out of the office on exact same days of the week - it would be great to be able to programme a function to automatically start a automatic reply at exactly the same time every week (a recurring one)10 votes
It would be good to have the ability to approve or reject moderated emails as you can present to in OWA. Beta has no buttons for this, and I have to swap between the two versions17 votes
Please stop the forwarding notification.15 votes
Could you tell us a little more about your scenario? We have this feature enabled so that hackers don’t turn on forwarding without you knowing, and we think that most users who want to forward their email from this account will not be using this email account each day. Is there a special case where you want to forward your email but still use this account frequently?
It would be really nice if I could link an e-mail to an event on my calendar. For example, if someone sends me information I need for a meeting, I would like to be able to directly link it to the event in my calendar, and go to it just by following a link from the event information.23 votes
Thanks for you feedback. You can use the “reply all by meeting” option in OWA to create an event with the email. If you want to link an email to an event after it has been created, our team is working on addressing this scenario. Stay tuned.
Outlook's To-Do feature (flagging) affects Tasks, Mail, Contacts, Calendar...everything in Outlook.
Each item in Outlook be it a Message, Task, Contact, Calendar entry, etc. could be managed more effectively were the following allowed to be applied to any Outlook item:
4.) Dating (start and/or due dates)
5.) Add a “My Today” field/button (not a date)
Again, the above five items are the core of what makes Outlook amazing. These should be easier to apply regardless of what Outlook item is being worked on in the web app or desktop app, period.4 votes
I want to display only scheduled items in the in-place archive folder.
There is no function that can only search for planned items.
I want a function that can narrow down the scheduled items with the filter.
Currently the joyful animation experience only works when an email containing English text arrives. Please make this work for users worldwide who do not write English.4 votes
A link to a file with parameters to open in Office Online will change to a direct link to the file in a SPO/OneDrive library when changing sharing permissions to "Recipients Can View".
The link should continue to be opened in Office Online.
The idea is that users want to totally work in Office Online and don't want to have to download Office documents.3 votes
