Outlook for iOS

We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to collect feedback from you and other Outlook users. Outlook for iOS

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    • Delete large amounts of mail

      Instead of doing it one by one you select and delete large amounts of mail and boom it's gone c:<

        It is currently already possible to select all emails in a folder at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. A “Select All” option will then appear in the top right corner. This will let you perform actions on all emails in any folder at once, like deleting or moving to another folder.

      • See impact on calendar when receiving invite

        When you get an invite, you have to check your calendar to see what impact it'll have on your day, it'd be great if you could see this information in or around the invite.

        • Make it easier to delete messages

          Two deletion modes. Instead of Archive when slide left, add the option to delete. Another's select multiple messages to delete

            • To be able to change an event on the calendar that was created from another calendar app or online.

              Because you cannot change events, this app is not my main email/calendar app. It would be if this was available l.

                Suggested Feature: Microsoft All Access Pass // Allow Microsoft to operate and access any account requested, therefore security measure to be heightened if unusual activity is being recognized from other devices and browsers whom are deemed trusted by reviewing IP addresses and access attempts outside of owners location or IMEI number. For use by Microsoft internal security team only to help access ring of hackers confidentially.

                          • Notifications for all email accounts

                            I currently only get a notification for the email address that I opened the app with. But for all other accounts I have to open the app and check.

                            It's not really a big deal, but it would be handy :)

                              • Need to be able to delete multiple messages instead of one at a time on a mobile device

                                Please add a multiple delete feature to mobile devices . Also when unsubscribing it exits mail app completely please fix this it's inconvenient.

                                • Button to Mark as Read and Archive all at once

                                  Need either a swipe or button to mark a message as read and archive it. Or, a setting to change the behavior of a swipe or the existing archive button so it does this.

                                  Use case: it is extremely tedious to go through lots of emails and manually swipe read and then swipe archive one by one. Selecting multiple messages or all messages is easy and then you can archive in bulk. But that leaves them all in an unread status.

                                    • Ability to merge conversations

                                      Sometimes conversations might be broken by on party forwarding an email. It should be possible to drag that email into the existing conversation.
