Outlook for iOS

We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to collect feedback from you and other Outlook users. Outlook for iOS

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Just like in the Android app, I would like to see the "move to folder" icon on top of the message instead of the "..." Icon. Thanks

        We used to be able to swipe to delete or reply or forward or something and I miss that dearly :(

          You can currently customize the Swipe feature so that it matches your needs. Head to the Settings > Swipe Options to do so. There, you’ll be able to choose which actions you want the Swipe feature to perform.

            It is currently already possible to select multiple emails at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform bulk actions on them, like deleting, marking as read, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

          • Pasting a list of email into "To" field

            I have a list of email in Excel for example. When I copy and paste it into the "To" field, Outlook cannot recognize them as separate emails just like in Outlook for PC or the Gmail app, instead it just identify the list a ONE long email address.
            Any fix for this?

                  • Bug Report

                    On desktop outlook have a automated routine to move all BCC's to a separate directory. When out if of the office the headers appear in the sub folder but the content is missing.

                    Can this be repaired please.

                    • Integrate 'Sites'

                      Integrate the sites feature from O365. We use it as a company for project management and it would be nice to have everything in one app.

                          • Don't send until I hit Send!!!!

                            I don't know what feature, bug, or user error is causing this, but MANY times while I'm entering an email or reply on my iPhone, the email sends itself. Incredibly embarrassing, to have these half-written emails sent in mid-sentence.

                                -Press finger for a few seconds
                                -Show 4 options around the position of the click (up, down, left, right). They can be attach photo, set priority, etc. It's like the options you see in the game Heroes of the Storm (defend, help me, on my way, etc.)

                                  • When you swipe between messages with your thumb to the right

                                    When you have multiple mailboxes I feel that emails don't load in the correct sequence this is more of a bug than a feature but another email flashes up as you hop from email 1 you seem to flick to email 3 and what I will call for reference email 2 seems to pop up

                                    • Select many & delete

                                      As i am able from the carpets to delete all emails in that carpet i would like to do the same with the app without spending hours in selecting one by one to delete.

                                      Same thing to move & select emails to another carpet.

                                        • Allow expirations

                                          Allow the user to specify a date after which the email automatically moves to the trash. This helps quite a bit because certain items are only of temporary value, such as confirmation emails from airlines and shipping notifications, and after specified times are worthless.
