Outlook for iOS

Outlook for iOS

      • Functional Trash (hate having to delete things twice)

        Trash doesn't work, I hate having to delete messages twice and sometimes three times.

        • Master list of email lists

          Would it be possible, under "all accounts" to view all of the different email lists you have curated for each email account? As of now, if I move an email to a list and don't remember which email account it was sent to I have to go through and look at each one until I find it. This is still easier than searching which is why I don't just do that. Thanks!

            • Emails don't always delete from trash!

              When I delete an email from trash it will disappear, but if I close and open the app it will be there again, I have to delete every email twice out of trash. Also the "Are you sure you want to delete" option at the bottom in trash is annoying and not necessary, please fix these two things!

                When finished replying to a message have it marked sent with an left pointing arrow when in the mobile app

                      • It hangs when there are

                          • Auto update of current time in calendar

                            Please please auto update the current time (shown by the red horizontal line) in calendar.

                            It drives me insane! I have had to stop using the app because I was turning up late to meetings.

                            Surely this is an easy fix?

                                • More of a fix

                                  I get alerts that I have new email - even showing the partial message, but when I go to read it, email is not there. It seems I have to wait to receive it.

                                  • Slide to delete

                                    I suggest a slide to delete option in the inbox. It used to be extremely useful but was replaced by archiving an email? I think it should return perhaps as an alternative to archiving that folks than choose to speed up the process. I receive many emails and having to click each one takes a lot longer than sliding.

                                        • Don't show all receivers before the mail.

                                          When receiving a mail which is send to lots of people, especially on a smartphone, you have to scroll all the way down to read the mail.
                                          Why not showing first the mail and then the receivers (to and cc).
                                          Or put the receivers in a collapsed section on top.
