Outlook for iOS

Outlook for iOS

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    • Being able to receive emails

      You should devise a system that allows one to receive emails. I can send emails but I cannot receive any. I have spent hours on the phone with my internet provider and they assure me that Microsoft is at fault. I have had to access my email through Comcast 's inferior server but as inferior as their's is it does provide me with the ability to receive emails. So if you could work on a feature that allows incoming emails it would be great.

      • Save Image to the phone memory via save button instead of Share button.

        We have to click Share button and then save image icon to save the image on phone memory.
        The save button which is there should also give the option to save the image on phone along with the dropbox etc.

        • Saving to box

          Please fix your integration with box.com..... Not only does the save feature not work for me but I also have to log in to box.com account in the app almost every other day. It's a major frustration for my efficient work flow.

            Move the bottom reply and forward status bar buttons to the top to make more room for preview window on right side

            • Open/View Saved Email Trail in Calender

              I save email trails relevant to the event on calender to refresh my memory prior to a meeting/visit. Is there anyway these attachments can be synced over to the outlook app calander and be opened, viewed from the app also?

                • Refresh and new emails

                  Often, I get a notice on my home screen that I have a new email, complete with sender and text, but when I go to outlook, the email isn't fully downloaded or even visible at all sometimes. If I get a new email notice, I want outlook to be ready to show me the email immediately.

                          • Swipe on email to reveal more commands than one.

                            Swipe on email to reveal more commands than one. So basically when you swipe right to left it should show options such as move archive, move to folder and delete. But you at Microsoft can experiment on the right features. ok

                                  • Simplify mail by three view

                                    Mail by thread view is very confusing. Unable to make which are new and read mails. Simply this view which can clearly highlight read mails and new unread mails

                                    • Show the "Send to" Mail address full

                                      Please show my mail address instead of my name. In iOs mail, if you tap the name, your own contact card opens with all your own addresses (as does outlook), but with the one used highlighted in blue (which Outlook laks).

                                      Now, we can't identify on which account we received the mail.
