Keyboard scrolling using the space bar
It would be useful to scroll messages using the space bar which is a feature of other outlook software.

Add Splash Screen
Although the app itself is good. But it takes a while when loading for the first time and shows the blank interface. So it would be good to add a splash screen like the other Microsoft office apps, while the content keeps loading the background. It will please the users.

passwords, interoperability across platforms
make the whole password process at least 100% easier. i have more trouble every year as it never seems to recall my last password, and always forces a new one. i don’t get this with other apps! i use lastpass.
also, when i clean up my mailbox on iphone it is not reflected on ipad and computer. come on coders, get with it!

Categories on iOS
I use at least 13 different categories for my super-complicated schedule, and since the iOS app clips text on calendar events I rely on categories to quickly know which type of event I’m looking at. As it is now, I have to tap on each event to see what it’s about. On the Mac Outlook app, categories work great, and my admin puts in time making sure events are categorized properly. However, I’m usually not in front of my laptop, and so would greatly benefit from seeing categories on the iOS app and the Watch app.

Block Contact Button
There should be a button saying if we would like to block an email, so we don’t get any more from them, because sometimes I get so many emails and i’m tired of it. You guys should take this into consideration:)

Work with the Apple Watch
The Outlook calendar doesn’t work with the Apple Watch. Have had to do a workaround by having the calendar mirror in iPhone calendar and I get double notifications. Very frustrating.

iPadOS multitasking
Outlook, by far the best email client on iOS, needs to have iPadOS specific multitasking features, like multiple instances.

App Data Storage Issue
More than a new feature, this is sort of a trouble I am facing. The Outlook app uses a lot of internal storage which is very very huge. It would be better if the app can clear the internal storage internally in regular intervals (like once in a week). The storage used by the emails opened a week ago or so can be cleared automatically. Currently I will have to delete the app and reinstall.
If this feature is already in place, then I would say Outlook has a very poor data storage management.

I don’t want to sign in to my facebook email. It is auto suggesting at the bottom of the phone screen to log in to that mail always.

Fix preview of Excel documents in Outlook for iOS so extra commas don't display between every digit of a numeric field
When you view excel attachments in Outlook for iOS with numeric fields the app is showing commas between each digit. Specifically we are distributing Excel reports from SQL Server Reporting Services 2019 subscriptions, and some of our customers that use Outlook for iOS are reporting this problem. The workaround is to download the file from the mail app and open in Excel for iOS but this extra step and the need to install an additional app is causing friction with our customers. Please can you fix Outlook for iOS. Here are some additional links on the problem with far more…

Be able to let iOS autofill passwords from keychain
I am not able to use iOS autofill passwords from keychain when logging into my account since the login form does not detect the password field as filled and the log in button never activates. Same thing happens when password i pasted into the field.
