The U.K. Address format is incorrect and needs adjusting. The place where you would put the county ie Kent, Surrey, Essex etc is missing. Please can this be added? Typically U.K. Addresses read:

123 Road Name
Village
Town
County
Post code

Usually here are additional address fields for longer address like for a company. Ideally it would be

123 Road Name (or space for building name)
Additional field for road name
Village
Additional field
Town
County
Post code

Replace it with Delve people profiles for office 365. Organizations who subscribe to office 365 are subsidizing the maintenance of this app.

Would like to have the Enterprise identity set to the default profile\identity - either enforced by the app or as a policy control with Intune MAM. Result would be "from" address would always default to enterprise account.

It would be wonderful to have the ability to integrate goals into the calendar and for the calendar to find time in your schedule to achieve those goals (i.e. Run for 1hr 3x per week). You could set a goal to be tentative or busy to prevent other Microsoft users from rescheduling over it. You could also set a time of day (before 9a or between 6 and 9p) and the calendar would pick the next best available time.

Would be really nice if the outlook app played nice with the Microsoft Band...I prefer to keep my main email there and leave the apple mail client configured with an email account I rarely use.

Please work on the natural language for setting events from inside emails. For example if I get an email that says due tomorrow at 6am and hit creat event it puts it at 6am today not tomorrow. Please make the event creation tool from email more powerful.
