Dark Mode Icon
Certain apps allow us to change the color of the icon like TimePage or GoodTask. I know it may go against Outlook’s main color brand, but a dark mode icon could still be beneficial since it would give users an option to use for their iPhone themes.

Changing colors
When i press edit to access the delete feature, at the top right corner of the page the “Cancel” button resides. I suggest you change the color of the cancel button from blue to any other color as it is blended so much with the color of the outlook blue theme color.

Match fonts
Please help mask that emails are being sent via a smart device/Outlook app instead of via PC by allowing (or automatically) matching reply font/size/color to original email font/size/color. Give font options and control to the user.

Search Deleted emails
MUST be able to search deleted emails. All other folders show up in “search”....don’t leave the deleted folder out...

Notifications for linked IMAP accounts
Please bring back notifications for linked IMAP accounts in the Outlook App for iOS. Managing all my Mail Accounts in one place is what I always used Outlook for, so getting notified when new Mails arrive is such a central feature.

Work hours feature
I would like to have my work emails only displayed during my set work hours.
I.e. if I work Monday - Friday 9-5 I would like any time exclusive of those days/times for the work emails not to be visible. unless I open the work mailbox and refresh it manually.
Thus avoiding clutter in my inbox and helping me not to over work outside of work hours.

Easier Calendar navigation
It is very difficult to look ahead in the outlook calendar app when trying to plan for a future event or appointment. It is quite frustrating when I’m standing at a place of business (doctors office, etc) and they’re asking me about my availability on a date/time in the future (sometimes a year in advance) and I’m fumbling around on the Outlook calendar app trying to look ahead to see my schedule. A quick way to jump to a particular date/month/year in the future is very much needed.

Eliminate “top results”
Simple - get rid of top results. It is distracting and confusing.

Get rid of suggested folders for moving emails
By adding suggested folders, you’ve added a step when I need to move an email that was filtered into spam from spam folder into my inbox.

IOS 14 widget should include recent emails showing feature
Instead of having the widget show events, it should give us an option to show us recent emails we received or flagged emails

Add Splash Screen
Although the app itself is good. But it takes a while when loading for the first time and shows the blank interface. So it would be good to add a splash screen like the other Microsoft office apps, while the content keeps loading the background. It will please the users.

Categories on iOS
I use at least 13 different categories for my super-complicated schedule, and since the iOS app clips text on calendar events I rely on categories to quickly know which type of event I’m looking at. As it is now, I have to tap on each event to see what it’s about. On the Mac Outlook app, categories work great, and my admin puts in time making sure events are categorized properly. However, I’m usually not in front of my laptop, and so would greatly benefit from seeing categories on the iOS app and the Watch app.

iPadOS multitasking
Outlook, by far the best email client on iOS, needs to have iPadOS specific multitasking features, like multiple instances.
