  1. Outlook Tasks, Task List & Categories

I use the “Getting Things Done” method at work and use Outlook tasks to organize my work activities. I create tasks from emails, apply a category, place priority, next items, the whole process. I get home and use my iPad for checking and responding to email and check my calendar for the next days activities. Problem is I cannot see my TaskList and categorized tasks I rely on to manage my day. I really would like you to consider making tasks and categories available in the IOS app to match the functionality of the MS software.

  3. Microsoft ToDo

Add Microsoft to do as a window, so you have mail, calendar and ToDo for iPad and iPhone.

  4. Integrate with Microsoft To Do

It would be great if Outlook could sync all of my tasks from The Microsoft To Do app.

  6. Outlook/To-Do

Seria excelente e mais focado se dentro do app Outlook tivesse também as Tarefas (To-Do) como tem no Outlook para PC, além do Calendário. Obrigado! Erico

  7. Create, view, edit outlook tasks

Really need the ability to create, view, edit, and manage outlook tasks in Outlook for iPad and iPhone. Need option to be able to view tasks on calendar.

  10. Tasks and notes

Allow access to tasks and notes that are stored in Outlook. Right now I have to use the iOS apps Reminders and Notes and sync my Exchange account to them. The IT department requires the Outlook app for email instead of the native Mail app. It would be nice if Tasks and Notes were available in Outlook.

  11. Passcode

Turn the passcode feature off on home screen since the outlook app has its own passcode now. No reason to have two different codes.

  12. Outlook meeting to One Note section (Same as desktop version)

It would be really nice have same capability that I have on the desktop outlook version to add meeting notes to OneNote. This feature would come in great handy so I would not have to starting the meeting notes on my desktop first before I begin to use my iPad. This feature would be great to be able to link the notes to the OneNote section through the ipad version.

  14. Convert mail to a task and beyond.

It’s a list of the significant gaps in Outlook.
    - No robust task management integrated into the app.
    - Inability in iOS app to Flag to a specific time/date.
    - Inability to change which calendar is in use for a given event already entered.
What Outlook does NOT do at this point almost outweighs what it does. It’s that bad.

  15. I would like to be able to at least view and preferably also manage my task list on my iPhone or iPad.

My iPhone is always with me. I would like to be able to manage my task list from my phone. If I am in a meeting and I am assigned a task, I would like to enter it immediately. I also would like to keep calendar, email, and tasks within one system so I don't have to check or update multiple apps.

  16. Flag only the latest email

Thank you for the work that you’ve done to integrate Microsoft To-do with outlook. I love the fact that flagging an email creates a task under To-do, however if there are multiple emails in a thread, it flags every email and adds multiple items in the to-do list, making the to-do list very bloated with repeated items. Could you please provide an option to only flag the last email in a thread?

  17. To Do List Reminder Setting

When you flag an email, you can only flag it. Not like the desktop version, in which you can select a reminder with specified date.

This new version is quite and improvement, however, it will be a true enterprise tool with the inclusion of MS Exchange tasks
