Option to resize photo attachments
When attaching photos from your camera roll, outlook app will give you the option to resize the photo before sending.
This could reduce the physical dimensions of the image as well as the file size.
The native iOS email app already does this.

I would love a feature to resize (similar to the default iOS Mail app)!
Now to send picture by email, one must create new email and then select those pictures needed to add.
But i think it should allows to pick the pictures first (at iPhone picture album) and then click to have those send through new mail, which will be much more convenient.
To allow the option of sending a smaller size of pictures instead of original size (small, medium, large or original) like the iPhone. Just more options

Maybe you can enable Outlook to create animated GIFs based on a recorded video, and/or provide the possibility to melt pictures with text, like the MEMEs.
Ask to resize images in messages.

In email, if I insert a photo image it always sends as full size. A nice feature would to able to reduce the size of the attachment for data usage on 3G/4G

On the iPhone when on a call and you switch to Outlook, the app does not take into account that the iPhone places a status bar at the top of the screen and resizes the available real estate. As a result, you are unable to see the very bottom of an email when on a call, which happens to include the menu ellipsis and other functionality.
