Option to turn off contacts sync when you have multiple email providers. Without this option you get lots of duplicate entries in your contacts in outlook. At present lack of this facility stopping me using this app,

If an iCloud.com account and an alias (me.com) are listed in the accounts, even though only one is selected from People the data appears from both. I made sure the iCloud Contacts from each were different colors in order to verify this. It has been impossible to get the contacts and calendar to sync between the APP and the iCloud account as updated from both directions without adding my alias iCloud accounts. Only one is selected for the calendar. There is no selection option for People in the Outlook for iOS APP.

Need to be able to select which contact tables to "use".
Including multiple contact tables in one and/or many accounts.
For example I might have 5 accounts connected but only want to see one contact table.
Or maybe two contact tables from one account.
Apple handles this perfectly pay attention to their design here.

Currently when you add an account you receive not only email but all the contacts for that account. In Apple Mail it is possible to select whether to include contacts for each account.

Great if I can hide iOS contacts so that outlook only shows my business contacts

I have several different Contact lists configured in Outlook, but the IOS Outlook app can only support one default list.
IOS Contacts app supports this functionality, please can you do the same.
Thanks

An option that when turned on will send all mail not from one of your contacts to the junk folder, so you only have mail from your listed contacts in your inbox.
I would really appropriate this feature because I get 10+ emails a day that no matter how many times I label them as junk they still end up in my inbox day after day after day.

Hi, I would like to suggest that merging contacts into the phone contacts as I have a few important contacts and to get them I have to keep going on the outlook app

When making a new contact one should be able to select which account it's stored in - distinguishing between work and personal accounts for example. Likewise, you should be able to transfer contacts between accounts after the contact is created.
This feature is one of the first options you see when creating and viewing contacts on Android, but it's not available on iOS.

I hate that outlook has taken over my contacts. Everything is in triple or quadruple when the system does an upgrade. And now my addresses are only in outlook and not in my iPhone. A horrible feature. Truly a nuisance.

I too am on the point where of abandoning Outlook because the People/contacts implementation is so poor. Pretty much everything other contacts app is able to manage this issue, and so apparently is the Android version of Outlook. This needs to be fixed for Outlook to be credible.

Some accounts I just want email and not the contacts. Allow the user to choose if they want contacts synced on a per account basis

As a professional services firm our users have some data stored in their contacts that should not sync to their native contacts. As such, we need the ability to pick and choose which fields to sync from the Outlook contact to the native contact. The idea is to keep confidential data within the InTune environment and only allowing certain details to sync out of the InTune environment and into the native contacts.

An ability similar to "Clean Up Contacts" like the browser version of People would be cool, but since you can already do this online, it is not a huge priority. Hopefully the desktop version of Outlook can already do this too.

I look through my iPhone contacts and I have 3 or so entries for the same person. Can we not just move all the contacts to the outlook app, and then I can delete all the others?

The ability to filter contacts by account would be awesome! Such as enabling/disabling contact views of specific accounts similar to calendar.

I do agree. Al least an option could be offered to select whether you want to list only the contacts associated to the account where you are, always those associated to a certain account or all of them.
Thanks. -

Would love to be able to hide or remove duplicate contacts that were the result of importing 2 email accounts
