It would be great to have an email delete or move or something that can be customised in the menu bar at the bottom of the app.

Move the ribbon with mail, search, and calendar to the top and bring the ribbon with the actions (delete, archive, other) down so that I can reach them easily with my thumb. I use the top ribbon 10 times more often than the bottom, so why is it less accessible and requires me to use two hands? Thank you.

When going between Junk folder and other outlook folders in iOS, the “Empty Folder” button is too easy to hit accidentally. Please move it somewhere else.

Add Move Message Back to bottom of email. Too many clicks to get to it now. Takes too long to file a msg.

Outlook Mail for iPad: Please move the «New message» icon to another place - for example where it was earlier. Now, it hides information + the position is so strange that I think it is hard to find (even if it is coloured).

Having the create new email button so it is “floating” so it can be moved by the user as some people find it better at the button right but myself and my colleagues find it was better in the top right of the screen. So being able to move it would be beneficial

Move the in message actions (...) from the top to bottom navigation. Having it at the top makes it difficult to complete one handed actions.

Currently the reply, reply all, forward option is at the bottom of the email as a single drop down option. All three should be visible “buttons” to action.

When viewing mail, the options to delete, archive, etc., are all placed at the top bar. Considering most actions are done at the bottom of the screen, such as using the keyboard, this seems misplaced. Can we get the option to move these actions to the bottom bar so that I can more easily delete, archive, move folders, etc.? It’s currently a bit of a reach.

It would be nice to be able to change the Archive button (top right corner), rather making it Move to Folder (functionality).

Give users the option to customize/add additional quick actions in the iOS app beyond delete and archive. Would really like a quick action for move to folder.

Can we have the bottom toolbar during the multi selection mode while reading the individual emails rather than the same Mail, Search and calendar icon. Right now the delete icon along with the actions button is located in top left corner. Which is very difficult to access with long screen phones

It would be great if you had lower delete and file buttons to make it easier to use on large screens with one hand. Another thing, auto expand folders.

Outlook for Android: Move the Search Box from the TOP of the screen to the BOTTOM, for much more ergonomic usability!

While reading an email it would be beneficial to have a delete button (trash can) at the bottom of the screen. Currently I use two hands to review and delete an email. While holding my phone I should be able to tap the delete button using the thumb from the hand holding the phone.
