Delete auto fill addresses
Hi, I'd like to be able to delete autofill addresses. For example, I accidentally used an old address for my wife. The address is no longer valid but it appears at the top of my autofill list thereby inviting errors by my clumsy fingers.
Same here. I was looking all over the place till i ran into this discussion. Very annoying that i cannot remove old addresses. Even addresses i never used myself do pop up.

Come on team, this functionality has been around for years. This request was first raised in 2015.
Surely you could have added this by now?
I too require this feature as I have old email addresses that pop up in the autofill list.

This is So frustrating, addresses that I have not used on this iPhone and are no longer valid still Auto suggest when typing an address.
PLEASE Microsoft, this should be an easy thing to do and remove so much frustration for so many people, let alone the Risk of a Privacy Breach as a direct result of Auto-fill addresses.
I see that these are suggested email addresses in the "To" field. Sadly, there is no option to delete these addresses at this time. If you want this option to be added, please send a feature request via Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. We keep improving Outlook on iOS and the features we add to it come from users like you.
It is disappointing that the Outlook app for iOS does not allow a user to completely delete (i.e. forget) a previously incorrectly entered email address from a list of suggested recipients. Causes so many problems when that address looks OK at first glance. Please fix this.
Hi I accidentally sent an email to an address that is wrong. Now every time I go to email this same person the wrong address comes up as a suggestion, even above the right one. It would be extremely handy if I could remove recent addresses, but currently I cannot. Thanks.
to all you victims of iOS: go to preferences -> passwords and accounts -> Passwords; find live.com, click on "modify" and manually remove live.com. That's it. The old email will not bother you anymore. Beers accepted.

Cannot delete the autocomplete list in Outlook for ios? It keeps putting the email with the wrong name in parentheses... really annoying. I deleted the autocomplete on my desktop outlook but cannot find the way to do this on my iphone. Note that the wrong autocompletes are only on my iphone. I tried to uninstall out’ook but no success in resolving the issue
delete the wrong mail address from the suggested contact list, because I have delete them from web mailbox and pc outlook, why mobile outlook still show it? means it's saved in another site, but not is MS. it's too risky, it has been leaked?!
I responded to someone’s birthday invitation through paperless post. Now her email auto-populates as “Jane Smith” (email@example.com).
I also use a business attorney who has moved firms. Her old email address still pops up. What if I send my time-sensitive and confidential email to the wrong firm?
Major problems. You guys really need to fix this. Apple has it figured out.
There are spam or hackers email address that auto populate when I forward an email message.
Have embedded email addresses with typos that continually auto fill when responding to emails. This is the most annoying feature not to be able to delete those.
Infuriating when I type a email address and ancient friends email addresses come up and you can’t remove them from suggestions because they had that email address 9 years ago !! Need to se able to have the choice to remove suggestions that the app brings up , crazy this is not standard, basic stuff
The inability to delete auto-complete email addresses is completely nonsensical!
When a person changes their email address (or dies!), what are you supposed to do to get rid of it?
The pop up shows their old email address first. I have verified that their old email address has been removed from Contacts. Please make this a high priority.
In O365 app, it’s impossible for the user to edit or delete auto complete email addresses. As an example, my wife’s name is: Jane Doe (firstname.lastname@example.org). Somehow, your app has now made my wife’s auto complete email address Jane Jane Doe (email@example.com). If the user accidentally or inadvertently makes a mistake during this process, there is no way to correct the mistake and the user must live with this forever. Additionally, there is no way to fix this problem on the users laptop.
Moreover, there is no way to delete old email addresses from business contacts. As an example, Bob Smith (firstname.lastname@example.org). When Bob quits and goes to work for a new company, his old auto complete address populates first instead of his new one - Bob Smith (email@example.com). Not allowing the user to modify this or delete old addresses is annoying and could possibly result in the user unintentionally sending sensitive or confidential information to the wrong recipient.
Your competitor’s email platform allows the user to perform these rudimentary tasks.
Please make an option to remove contacts recently used to send emails to that are not a saved contact. The contacts in the magnifying glass search option.
I want to be able to remove old email addresses that I don’t need anymore. I don’t like every single one of them popping up when I type in a name or a letter, it’s annoying. Some of the names I’d prefer never to see again, or there should be at least a hide option. I haven’t actually saved them as a contacts but they are still there on the side as if they were. Annoying.
Yes this is a no brainer...
I would like to suggest a function to manage and remove “contacts” from auto suggest when searching. If there are contacts that I’ve previously dealt with but I’m not dealing with them anymore and I delete all interaction with them, then surely I don’t want to see them in auto suggest.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add this as a feature for the Outlook app on IOS. It is very aggravating to not be able to remove entries from the Auto Complete List on my iPhone.
