Ability to have separate notifications per account.
For those who have more than one account on the app, it would be very helpful to be able to somehow pin or see each account separately on the home screen similar to the way the Windows Phone Email app does.
I love your app, but I have two accounts I need to monitor. I would like a way to be able to slit the notifications so visually they are separate.

I have personal and work accounts on my outlook and would like to be able to mute my work email notifications over weekend and holidays.

Would like the ability to change notification settings by account. For example, have the icon badge for new emails on for one account and off for others.

Hey Outlook! My company just migrated to O365 and so I downloaded the Outlook app to my iPhone. I love the layout and the calendar - it's waaay better than the native mail app for the iPhone. I also love that I can open my shared inboxes and add my personal accounts all in the same app. However, there are a couple of things that are deal breakers for this app. 1. When I sent a reply from a personal account, it pulled my work account signature line. Not good! 2. With the native app, I can select which accounts I get notifications for and how. With the Outlook app it seems to be all or nothing. I really love many features about this app, so I thought you might want to know about the couple of things that are keeping me from using it as my primary app. Thanks for listening!

I have two accounts connected to the Outlook iOS app. One is a Google account and the other is an Office 365 account. Under "Settings > Mail Notifications" I have selected "All Mail" for the Office 365 account and I have selected "None" for the Google account.
Despite this configuration, the Badge App Icon continues to show the email-count for both my Google account and my Office 365 account.
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thank you. -

Please add the feature where we can decide which accounts to have notifications for and badge icons to show up for.

I’d like to choose which accounts I get notifications for, I don’t need notifications for every account I’ve loaded in my app. For example, I might want notifications for my work account while traveling but not my personal account.

Hello Outlook!
I would like to suggest a useful feature to the outlook app:
“Add the title or the e-mail address to the new message notification to the Outlook app on phones”.
I have four different accounts logged to on my iPhone Outlook app and I use them all.
1. My very old personal e-mail
2. My work e-mail
3. My new e-mail
4. My fiancee’s e-mailI actually use all of them on my iPhone and I need to follow-up with all the messages I receive on the four accounts. When a new message notification shows up on the notification area or on the lock screen, I get confused which account has received the message. I suggest that Outlook adds the title or the address on the top of the notification so I can easily know which account receives the e-mail and react accordingly. For example, when I am at school (I’m a teacher and a head of department who uses the e-mail address as the primary contact method) I have to reply as fast as I can. While when I’m on vacation, I don’t care that much for work e-mail and focus on messages that I receive on my personal address. I would be very useful if I can know immediately which account registered on my phone receives the message.
I hope I delivered the information.
Best Regards,
Marcel Jdid

I don’t want junk accounts or lesser important accounts considered in the badge notification.

I’ve recently started using the Outlook app primarily for my work email. Overall I like that the app provides an easy interface to use.
I decided to add my Gmail Account which gets a lot of emails. It’s not as important for me to be notified every time I get an email with this account and would like to be able to turn off notifications for just that account, including the numbers on the icon.

I would like to be able to set notification per account. Ex if I have two accounts configured and I only want to see the email notification for one of the accounts.

I am going on holiday and want to disable notifications for my work email while keeping notifications for my personal account. I see no recourse but to DELETE my work account for the duration.

I think it would be nice to be able to select which accounts contribute to the badge number. I need to have my boss’ account logged in for scheduling reasons, but don’t want to think I have 34 emails when only 2 are mine.

This would be an amazing feature, especially on mobile!
I have my work email on my phone to answer emails while away, but I don't need notifications from them and would love to be able to turn them off for only that account!

It would be great if every inbox could have its own shortcut, so that we could navigate to the right inbox at once when there is a notfication. Just like it was om the WP platform :-)

Would be nice to see description for each email account rather then just an icon and show a number for unread emails for each account.
