Need an option for a short signature for forwards/replies like the desktop version. I’m stuck with a long signature for each account when I’m on the road

It's important to always have a signature on emails but it doesn't need to be with the initial confidential statement every time.
Also it's unclear on mobile if the signature is included in the reply sent. -

I know on the desktop I can easily add signature. Hoping this feature can be added on the cell phone feature.

Hi. I hope you can have a setting in the mobile app to disable signature for replies and have it enabled only for starting messages.

As I said above I would like to add my signature in my Mail I answere without cut and Copy it. I should be able, just as in the big version, to select that my signature be added automaticly from the settings menu.

In the web version, you have the option of only using your signature once. Becomes redundant in a thread, but in the iOS app it sends every time unless you manually erase it, but it doesn’t show up in the quick response so I often forget to erase it.

It is simple, add an option to disable signature on reply/forward

This seems to be available on the desktop version. How can this not be available on the iOS version? It is indispensable when you have different signatures.

Not being able to opt out of signature for reply / forward is a dealbreaker for me; I have loads of signature info my organisation requires when I send a new message, I don,t need it repeated endlessly in a long thread! 🙄😤

Should be easily able to turn off/on signatures in iOS. Currently too far into the menu to erase them have to repopulate.

Make the use of an email signature optional instead of by default putting in the defined signature.

There should be an option for a different signature for new emails and replies/forwards. Like in Outlook desktop

It would be helpful if the signature can change after I start a new email. If I start an email from one account and it includes the signature from that account then I realize I need to send it from another account I would like to see the signature change to the corresponding new account. Currently it doesn’t function that way.

Most don’t want to have a signature in their emails to colleagues and everyone that already has heir contact details, however you want it in the other half of emails that include those without your contact details.
Outlook iOS is arduously long-winded to do this currently.
When writing an email you have to save & exit email, go back to inbox, menu, settings, signatures, scroll down, switch on, copy signature, switch off, exit settings, go to drafts, open email, paste signature..! For every email that you want a signature in.
Or alternatively have signatures switched on and manually delete from every email reply you don’t have your signature clunking up your emails. Please add a simple button in the space already taken up at the bottom of the compose email window where add attachment etc buttons already are.

Please allow us to select if we want our full signature to appear in a reply email, or even select an alternate signature option. Presently email replies have no signature at all, and we have to manually type a signature at the end of the reply.
