Annotations and markup
The only thing I miss from apple mail is build in Annotations and markup
Really need a simple way to sign PDF and return on email.
For both iPhone and Air3.
BTW, some companies will not accept a stamped signature on a PDF. They insist on an original signature for every PDF form.
This is critical for businesses that need to sign attachments. It is included with apple mail and is the only reason many people I work with still have that app on their phone. Would be nice to just have the outlook app.
I’d like to be able to mark up images attached to or embedded in emails I receive for review.
At the moment I have to do so many steps. Current process steps: download image, save it somewhere where it can be marked up, save it again, and finally re upload it. This is not counting revisiting email app where you are writing about the mark up and you need to do a lot of back and forth in between apps.
A mark up feature would simplify this process.

Agreed. I can do this easily in the Apple Mail app.
No easy way to add pdf signature and reply back

This is a major feature missing from the Outlook app vs Apple Mail. Can this be introduced?

When viewing PDF’s with “markups”, the markups do not show up

I'm searching for an other email client because of the lack of support for PDF with annotations and markups. This is a shame!

Annotations and markups are not supported by Outlook app and this is why you are unable to view the file properly in the app. We understand that this may be very useful to a number of users and therefore we encourage you to send this as a Feature Request to our Development Team. Just go to the app's Settings > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. They will review your suggestions plus other users can vote or comment on them too.

PDFs with markups do not show correctly on iPhone and have to be saved to be reviewed

Apple Mail allows mark ups to previewed PDF/Photo files very easily and simply, so that you can use a finger or pen to edit/sign/note etc. Oddly so does OneDrive. But Outlook Mail does not. Please add in the feature!
It is not possible to view comments or annotations on PDF attachments.
I sent a lot of editable PDFs to my customers that they can fill out and send back. When they send them back you are not able to view any of the information they put in using Outlook. Apple Mail does show it. Would be nice to be able to do this in Outlook.
PDF document attachment do not contain annotations when previewed. It would be a good idea to add this feature to allow us to view the comments on PDF format drawings for example, without having to save the file.
When you open a PDF that has been marked up with Adobe pro none of the markups show in the PDF.

Currently, the native PDF viewer in Outlook mobile app does not support markups. This is a sever limitation where I have missed critics markups on my attachments.
My work around is to download the attachment and view using alternate PDF viewers. This is cumbersome and not ideal.
I’m surprised of this shortcoming. Suggest this is rectified at your earliest.
Please advise plans to rectify.

Provide a feature like the iOS mail app where you can mark up a PDF in the app and attach it to a reply.
