Frequently Used Folders
Just how the desktop version of Outlook has a list of your most recently used folders, when you click on the folder icon, your most frequently or most recently used folders would be at the top of the folder list. Maybe just the last 5 or the 5 most used would be at the top. Then the rest of your folders would list alphabetically afterwards. This would be instead of having to scroll through a long list of folders our to type in the search box to move your email.
Could we please have favour folders
Add favourites option like desktop version
As of now when I try to move an email to a folder I get suggestions of my most recently used folders based on my previous moves. Sometimes I move few emails to other folders which are less frequent than the top 3 or 4 folders.
Request: Enhance these suggestions based on the from address.
For e.g. intelligently show the folder which I I’ve moved my previous emails from this sender/domain address.
It seems outlook show up recently used folder when I want to put my email in my folders. It would be nice to use the AI to prompt more relevant folder or if this cannot be done now, it would be nice to use my mostly used folders
Add a horizontal line b/w favourite folders and the rest
Please add a way to get to frequently used file folders when moving messages to folders.
Allow for a set of favorites folders to be added to the navigation page for quick switching.
Many of us use rules to direct mail and prioritize our day. Having the option to add favourite folders on the far left when you swipe right would be wonderful.
Please stop inbox scrolling out of view when selecting folders. When you have dozens of folders, you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page when returning to the inbox. Please 'frieze' it in place or add a shortcut. Apple Mail does this but I'd prefer not to go back to using that.

Make it easier to access folders for the different email accounts. Right now In order to access you have to get out of all inboxes view and into the specific email account and then you have to go back to all inboxes to view all email

Need to be able to move the folders position per personal preference. All the rules that I’ve on outlook need to be re-created to adapt to this rigid app! Should be customizable.
Consider adding the capability/feature to remember frequently used folders to move to, like the desktop function.
I have a bunch of folders. Sent items are hidden somewhere amongst them. Put the sent items/outbox at the top of the list

Add favorite folders capabilities on top of left navigation
I have about 100 subfolders built into my inbox to better facilitate the organization of messages by client and then by request type. Of these, there are 10 that are used 90% more frequently when compared to the rest. It would be extremely beneficial to user who organize their inboxes in a similar fashion as I do, to see those “most frequently used folders” appear in the mobile platform for a better UX (user experience)

When I want to move an email to my folders, I would like the favourite folders to come on the top.

Have five folders at the top of the move email dialog based on the email and where similar emails were moved previously. E.g. I receive an email from email@example.com and the last time I received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org I moved to a folder called Microsoft the folder Microsoft would appear would be at the top of the dialog when I tap move.
Spark email app has a very nice implementation of this.
