Hide accounts from all accounts view
It would be nice to be able to hide individual accounts from the all accounts view

I do hope Microsoft addresses this one. The lack of this feature to temporarily disable work email from the All Accounts view at weekends/when on holiday etc. is the only thing that keeps me using the native iOS email app.

In the email account selection a user could unselect a specific account.
Curently it is only possible ALl / SINGLE account selection.
This way i would be able to exclude work email accounts for certain time periods (weekend, vacation...).

I'm a trainer and sometimes get asked to train Outlook to a client's clients. However, my client does not want his clients to 'see' my organisations email address. I would therefore like to temporarily 'hide' this account whilst training.

I have one 365 account (work) and two gmail accounts (privat) in the outlook app, as I am looking to phase out IOS email app.
But missing opportunity to only have badge notification for one (or select accounts). Meaning I want the badge on the app icon to show number of unread emails in my work account but not my gmail accounts.
The IOS email app supported this, but the Outlook app only lets one choose which account to recieve sound notification from.

Have the ability to have specific accounts in the focused/other view.
Example I’m on vacation and want to check my regular mail accounts with focused/other but want to exclude work mail. Add it back to focused once returned

I have shared work mailboxes as well as my main work email mailbox and also a number of personal email accounts. It would be nice to be able to prevent the shared mailbox from being included in the ‘all accounts’ consolidated inbox so I have access to the shared mailbox when I need but it doesn’t show in the ‘all accounts’ inbox where all my email is shown.

As a user who's been forced to migrate my work account over to outlook, I would like the option to hide/segregate work emails from the unified inbox section. This would be a simple selection as to what registered accounts in the app are included in the Unified Inbox view.

Sometimes it would be helpful to hide an account from the unified inbox. For example, hide work account from multiple other email accounts or vice versa.

Plz add the button to hide the account bar. When there is only one account in the app, it looks an empty space on the small screen of your phone.
Alternatively, you can hide the bar with button or swipe.
If you add this, the app will become the best mobile mail client. -

Being able to see all messages in inbox would be great

Create a toggle feature for each mail account allowing the choice of accounts to be viewed/unified in the inbox. Presently it is all accounts or only one account. I would like the option of selecting which accounts to unify and view in the inbox.

Hi,
I use more than one mailaccount, but I collect all mails in one account.
From one of these „go through“ accounts, I adapted the family calander for me and my wife. What I don‘t need are the mails who are receiving there, so I would be happy about an option to hide not needed features of appended accounts so I don‘t see the mails and ther‘re not counted.
Thank you for your time! -

Should be possible to select which e-mails account are displayed when the user selects all e-mail box.

Since there is a feature for us to have multiple accounts, there should be a common folder where all accounts can access the same folder and do things commonly under the “all accounts” tab.

When there are more than one accounts on the iOS app, the default viewing option is always "All Accounts". Personally, I don't like this. If I wanted to see all my accounts as in one inbox, I wouldn't have more than one account. I like them separate. It would be great if there was an option to turn this off or change what the default is. If I'm overlooking it, please tell me.

When you add an email to here, separate it from your outlook list.

I’ve read suggestions about the all accounts inbox and for some is more convenient to have this feature, for me honestly it bothers me to see all of a sudden all my mails mixed and I think if the user can enable or disable this feature is more convenient and more enjoyable for everyone.
