Configurable in-message action buttons
It would be great if I had the ability to configure the action buttons at the top of the screen when viewing a message. The trash can and archive icons are default options, but if they were configurable it would be great. E.g. Mark as unread, move to, etc. thanks

Open emails are presented with 3 options on the top right, archive, delete and then the drop down menu with many more options like move folder etc. This should be a configurable option for example the ability to have move folder vs archive visible.

Currently only shows trash and archive icons, and the user has to select “...” to see other options, but a user should be able to choose which icons are shown and which are in the “...” drop down.

We must be able to customize the action buttons within an email. We can only see ‘delete’ and ‘archive’ button. But move to folder buttont is more important to me. But I have to always hit the three dots and lose time.

I find there are too many options hidden behind an unnecessary menu (for example moving a message) despite the abundance of UI space for these functions. I’d like to see more options readily available with just one touch rather than having to first go through ••• etc..

Like Apple Mail new update! We need more shortcuts when reading messages, today only delete and archive icons are enabled

I switch between gmail and outlook many time during the day. The one thing that grinds my gears are the stupid little icons. Half the time, they add a new one and I don’t know what it does. Just make it so that long pressing the icon gives you the task name

Please join the 90s and allow customizable ribbon. Ancient look, feel and usefulness. Try OS X native mail, copy/paste/release.

In the iPhone app, when I have an email open I would like “move” to be an icon at the top. Today, I have the option to archive or delete but I have to click the 3-dots, i.e. “more” to pick “move to folder”.
It would be nice to be able to choose which icons are displayed by default at the top of an open email and which are in the “more” menu.

I never would’ve guessed to click on the word Inbox to find options. It looks like a Header. Nothing about it looks interactive. I had to ask someone.

Combine the menu options in the two sets of three dots into a single set. It will save hunting for the right one which I always seem to be doing.

What do your buttons do? I don’t want to push them loose it in some unknown folder or delete.
I want to mark as unread so I will check again white sitting at my computer
Can we have small writing by pictures?

Make it more easy for us (the users) to see/know what the buttons do. Because right now I don’t really know what is what.

Allow user created tabs to better organize messages

It would be nice to have quick tabs like a bible. Instead of having to click a menu button to choose what you want to do.

I don’t know what the icons on the phone mean. There are symbol icons on the phone app with things to do with a selected email but how are we supposed to know what they mean before tapping on them?
I’m great with technology, I can use my smart phone perfectly well but guessing things like that is not something I like doing with important emails. Could you please have in writings below the icons what the actions mean so we know. The only easy one I understand is delete - that’s a trash can icon. The others are just not clear at all!

I hate it when new Apps, software upgrades and features come out and everyone is forced to take The so-called changes without our consent,
Perhaps we happen to like and feel comfortable with our current version.
I downloaded the new outlook App and never got any class or trading on how to use it or navigate through it.
I thought all of my contact would get automatically transferred from MS Exchange onto the Outlook platform and as soon as I deleted Exchange...there went almost all of my contacts with it!
Now on my iPhone, I lost the use of the shortcut icon in the bottom tray but the old icon is still there and I have no clue how to move the new App to the first page of the desktop . That makes it inconvenient for me to use and see my new mail messages
Please add the shortcut to the tray, remove the old one and/ or provide classes to help us learn how to use it

There are 2 icons at the top (trash and archive) when you are looking an e-mail.
I suggest to have the possibility to customize these 2 icons with all the functionalities that are included in the current list (···).Thanks in advance.
