Mark as Not Spam
Some spam filters create false positives. Create a feature to mark email from a sender or the sender's domain as Not Spam so thereafter it lands in the Inbox instead of Bulk Mail.

It should be possible to mark a Junk-E-Mail as „No Junk / No Spam“ directly in Outlook App. Currently I can only move a mail to inbox, but Outlook don‘t remember this mark and move the next mail again as junk.

This facility is available in Android version of outlook but is missing from the iPhone version. It’s an annoying that if I want to mark an email from junk to “mark as not junk” then this is not available. Instead there is an option of move to Inbox. Which is not helpful.

Please consider adding a Not Spam action to Spam folder. I had to stop using Outlook because it was missing from my Yahoo account.

Using Outlook app on iPhone...
Spam folder needs to have the same option as the ‘other’ folder... if I move an email to another folder, it should ask to ‘always move’ or ‘move once’. So annoying that I can’t do this with important emails that are going into spam :( -

Need a button to Mark a spam email as “not spam”. This would automatically move the email to the inbox and never place it in Spam again.

I lose so many actual emails because they start randomly going into the junk folder and I don’t always see them. Even when I do, moving them to the inbox doesn’t count them as safe.

When I find an email in Junk Email, please allow us to mark a message as “Not Junk” as I am able to do on the Web or Desktop app.

The automatic JUNK filter seems to consistently put good mail in the junk folder for me. so much so that I often have to look through my JUNK folder for good mail. Can we :
1. fix the junk filter so it works better
2. allow a ‘not junk’ menu option so it can be better at finding good mail??Thanks

If a message in spam folder is not spam, make it easy to add sender to safe senders and move message to inbox.

I usually send some letter to my outlook email from my own another mail, but recently I found that the letters always stored in the junk. I try to transfer it from the file of the junk to the file of normal mail again and again, but it seem useless. I still found the new letter I sent from my another email show up in the file of the junk. The outlook seems so stupid!!
I hope there is a function to determine or remember the “normal email” in the file of the junk when I manual operation it.

Would be great to have an easy way in the Junk folder to indicate an email is not junk. Also, for app to learn better what is and isn’t junk (when something is moved to regular Inbox) and also to add sender or domain to safe senders list.

In the PC outlook version it gives you the ability to mark junk emails as not junk. Can you please provide the same function on the mobile version.

Hi,
I have not found an easy way to whitelist emails that appear in spam. I am not sure if I am wrong but I have logged into the web version of Outlook and add emails to the whitelist.

The outlook app for ios keeps putting mail from citi alerts in junk but i have signed into hotmail snd added the email address into my whitelist or allowed. I have move many mxny from spam to inbox in the app and it doex not learn.

For emails in an outlook mailbox, I would really like to mark them as not spam from the app. The spam filter is a little over zealous, which I like, but would like mark those that are not spam.

I’m using Outlook.com and even though Junk folder has an option to flag an email as “not spam” but the iOS app is missing the option

I’d love the opportunity to make an email or a sender not go to the spam folder on the iOS version. I do a majority of my emails on my phone and have yet to discover how to mark a sender as safe or an email as not spam.
