Mark as Not Spam
Some spam filters create false positives. Create a feature to mark email from a sender or the sender's domain as Not Spam so thereafter it lands in the Inbox instead of Bulk Mail.
Outlook app does not have the ability to mark email as spam for emails that were missed by the spam filter.
Additionally false positives cannot be marked as not spam.
This should be an option.
It’s vitally important to mark certain emails found in spam as not spam, and have this rule saved in future!! It’s very frustrating to not be able to do this on the phone.
This happens to my real estate emails and even emails from family!!
There isn’t an option to mark an item not spam on mobile, you can only add to address book or move the item which doesn’t prevent this in the future.
Outlook treats too many emails as junk, such as my RSS news, verification codes and etc. Just give us the same option you offer in the web version which easily marks one normal email as “not junk”, and it would definitely help.
Android version has this option in the message menu. Please implement on iOS.
This is very urgently needed.

There should be an easier way to mark spam as not spam like in desktop Outlook
For item that are sent to junk folder, have option to say they are not junk and future emails go into inbox
SPAM filters in Microsoft's Exchange service mark a huge amount of legitimate email as SPAM.
I would like to mark emails in the SPAM folder as NOT SPAM, report this to Exchange, so I can help Microsoft's incompetent SPAM filters work better.
Currently there is no way to make a sender not junk in the future on the mobile app, only move it to inbox, or it’s not very visible.
the ios outlook app when viewing the spam folder, needs a “not spam” button, or “not spam” or “safe sender” option when you slide the email. the desktop web interface has a “not spam” button. currently it looks like the work around is “move to”-> “inbox”. this is less ideal because it does not whitelist the sender, it also additional clicks/taps in the workflow, and no multiselect capability.
It should be possible to mark a Junk-E-Mail as „No Junk / No Spam“ directly in Outlook App. Currently I can only move a mail to inbox, but Outlook don‘t remember this mark and move the next mail again as junk.
This facility is available in Android version of outlook but is missing from the iPhone version. It’s an annoying that if I want to mark an email from junk to “mark as not junk” then this is not available. Instead there is an option of move to Inbox. Which is not helpful.
Please implement. Thanks
Please consider adding a Not Spam action to Spam folder. I had to stop using Outlook because it was missing from my Yahoo account.
Using Outlook app on iPhone...
Spam folder needs to have the same option as the ‘other’ folder... if I move an email to another folder, it should ask to ‘always move’ or ‘move once’. So annoying that I can’t do this with important emails that are going into spam :(
I lose so many actual emails because they start randomly going into the junk folder and I don’t always see them. Even when I do, moving them to the inbox doesn’t count them as safe.
When I find an email in Junk Email, please allow us to mark a message as “Not Junk” as I am able to do on the Web or Desktop app.
The automatic JUNK filter seems to consistently put good mail in the junk folder for me. so much so that I often have to look through my JUNK folder for good mail. Can we :
1. fix the junk filter so it works better
2. allow a ‘not junk’ menu option so it can be better at finding good mail??
Would love the ability to mark emails as NOT JUNK that get moved into the Junk folder that are not Junk, just like on the web & desktop interfaces.
If a message in spam folder is not spam, make it easy to add sender to safe senders and move message to inbox.
