Mark as Not Spam
Some spam filters create false positives. Create a feature to mark email from a sender or the sender's domain as Not Spam so thereafter it lands in the Inbox instead of Bulk Mail.
When you mark an email as junk they just change something and it keeps getting around junk and ends up back in your email. Keep those emails in the junk folder

Everything is getting caught in the sam filter now. But there’s no way to mark the sender as safe within the app. It would also be great if the search feature also searched the junk folder.

Add not junk in app
Stop putting my emails in quarantine. It’s affecting my schooling in a negative way.

Outlook will stop quarantining messages from senders that had several previous emails be released.
I receive system emails from an e-commerce platform a few times a day, and they are useful emails to me. However, the email system keep putting them to the spam folder. I manually put them back to the inbox every time and everyday, and even put a star to the sender’s email address, it still puts them into the spam!! Your email system behaves like a 1980s computer, please use your intelligence to fix it.

The ability to mark emails on my iOS device as, ‘not spam’, when they previously appeared in my primary inbox, but are now, due to an Outlook glitch showing up in my spam folder, when I have never previously marked them as spam.
Whilst this appears to be a new level of security, i find that some valid emails get trapped in both quarantine Phish and Junk Lists, whereas these senders were never trapped previously in my normal Outlook junk folder.
I am confused about the need for this new service and would like to know if i can switch it off, as i am quite happy just using the junk mail folder with its Allow and Block lists.
I must also report that this months Invoice notifications from microsoft.com got trapped in the quarantine Phish List which has to prove that its not working very well.
Please can you tell me how this can be improved.

If an email lands in my spam folder but is not a spam email, I would loke to mark it as „no spam“ so it will not be classified as spam again next time. I would like to train the spam algorithm, too, to learn that a certain sender is not spamming.

How to designate mail that winds up in junk folder that is actually not junk mail. Is it possible to have an option that designated mail in junk that isn’t junk. Just moving it to the inbox does not seem to solve the problem. Being in your contact list also does not seem to help
I have the same issue.
One email always lands in the spam although it is not a spam and although I moved it already several times. Super annoying, made me go to another mail app.
A white list feature or spam management feature that allows you to specify email addresses that should never go to spam would be great!
Ability to allow contacts/threads in spam folder to automatically go to inbox in the future and thus say that this is not a spam account or message
Pls add a one touch way to mark a junk message as “not junk” (and move it to the inbox) - and vice versa
Need a way to manage SPAM more efficiently in the App. Marking emails as SPAM or NOT SPAM should be easy options and is so far only available if you log in on web. Marking as SPAM should block further email and possibly move all other emails from same sender to SPAM and conversely Marking ad NOT SPAM should mark the sender on the white list so that further emails do not go to SPAM and other emails from same sender in SPAM folder should be moved to Inbox. Not sure where features like this went because it used to be simple to do.
Please! Please! Missing important emails because they are going to spam.
If I move an email from junk to inbox, ask me if I want it delivered there from then on.
