Avatar
Hi,
Any chance on adding Avatar photos of contacts and vendors, instead of initials letters.
Thank You

I have 5 email accounts syncing to the outlook app. The app uses the first letter of each account as an avatar of sorts (colorful circles stAsked on left side of iOS app. But, since 4/5 of my emails start with the first letter of my name, I don’t have an easy way of differentiating which email is which when I choose to select one individually, rather than viewing my combined inbox for all 5. Can we change these circles to custom avatars of sorts?

Like Spark Email please add an option to show avatar. You guys have given us an option to show face but it doesn't work For all emails. Only apple logo is showing when I receive any email from Apple.

Display sender icon or logo on email rather than only initials. Eg ios app myMail shows Microsoft logo automatically on email sent from hotmail service and AWS logo on emails from AWS.

I think you should better define what each icon at the bottom of the inbox or on an email will do their capabilities. There is no clear identification as to what a file folder or an envelope will do.

And account avatars are letters.

When the contact has more than one email, it appears in the photo of the first contact.
Example:
Contact saved in google contacts , have 2 emails or more, Outlook will show the photos of the first email, the others not.
Please fix. It’s a very important. -

The new mail dot needs to be moved below the Avatar. Currently you are wasting space with it being aside the Avatar. Line space is a premium on normal size phones. The Outlook inbox screen would be more efficient with this update.

Can you get rid of the colored circles the the left of the screen? Not necessary to have them and takes up space. Very distracting.

I would like to be able to set the sync frequency for individual accounts please.
For example, one might only check for new message once per hour, another might wait to be initiated manually etc.

Không thể thay đổi avatar, app trên điện thoại tự lấy avatar. cũ, hiển thị không đúng avatar. hiện tại.

I have 5 different email accounts. The work one has exchange icon, the others are random colours all with my innials, why not pull in the account avatar as the onedrive app does?

My name begin with X which displayed as like a close mark. If I can change it to an avatar then will make me feel better.

Please allow the deactivation of the multicoloured avatar blobs in ones inbox, they look childish and clutter up the inbox, surely your time would have been better spent developing the ability to save multiple images at once from an email.

Looks like an improvement was released to show sender pictures on inbox. Would rather have the space back

Mobile app request. On the left side of each email it shows the senders initials, I would like to remove this. The initials are not helpful, they take up extra space on a mobile screen and it’s now distracting with the variety of colors you’ve added.
Thanks,

Please make the large round icon next to the sender name optional. Beyond cluttering a mobile screen, I do not refer to Sam’s Club as “SC” or Nordstom as “N”. This may work in small corporate teams or for users with limited contact partners, but the feature does not add value for large corporations or average users.

The new profile like avatar icons are more distracting than helpful. I think we should at least have the option to disable them. I don’t need to see the initials of the sender when their name is right there.
