Message Preview Options
Disabled, 1 line, 2 lines, 4 lines...
When displaying emails, please add an option display either 1, 2, 3, or 4 lines of each current email. This would double/triple the number of emails displayed, and also protect info from being viewed by others.
Thanks for your consideration.
Pls make it so 1 email per line. Need a really compact view option.

I think it would be helpful to manage the number of message preview lines (e.g., None - 5). This way it could allow additional customization into the level of detail (or lack thereof) within the mailbox view.

Currently only 2 message lines are viewable in the preview list. Being able to adjust that up to 3 or 4 would be extremely helpful.

Will help if the number of preview lines on display can be customised.
This is already available on iOS mail and allows a much cleaner look for the inbox including removing message previews altogether.

Instead of 3+ lines available now.

I’m limited to 5 emails on screen at any time due to the unbelievable lack of toggling off the preview feature in the outlook app. If I wasn’t required to use this app to receive work emails on my phone, I would never use the outlook app. The outlook desktop functionality is great, but the app is like stepping back in time.

Each email in the inbox takes up too many lines. I can only see a handful of messages at the time. For a large inbox with lots of messages it can be hard to spot the ones I care about
Some of us have assistants that monitor our email but need to have preview turned off so we can sort messages they shouldn't read to other folders and not worry about the first few lines.
Have the ability to limit previews of the message in your inbox to 0, 1, 2, or 3 lines. Some people want to preview the messages, other people don’t.
Do this already.
It would be nice to be able to set the preview.
Fix it! I want preview option to 1 or 0 lines!
Please add an option to display the Time on email preview for all messages , if I check yesterday’s messages The time isn’t showing!
Our security & compliance teams like the new notification detail-blocking feature enabled through MAM (though our users, predictably, less so.), but we do have a request to enhance the capability:
We'd like to see an enhancement to the notification obfuscation capability in Outlook for iOS and Android through MAM (or through app config settings) to offer more granular control - including the ability to allow the sender to appear while still hiding the message\event subject and body (or control to control each of those fields separately)
Under the subject it shows a preview of the email. Make it so you can remove that feature.
When are you going to introduce the ability to remove/configure the line preview feature, so I can choose to not show and preview?

I agree! Please add this feature!!! It will make it more private in case someone is looking at my iPhone. I don't want them to see the two preview lines. I want to see it to zero as only see the subject! Thank you!

Sometimes I like to review my unread messages without having them marked as read. This happens when I filter my messages to see only the Unread Messages, the first message is then marked as READ because the preview to the right is shown.
