Automatically suggest folders to move to
Christian Vedde commented
As the 'Soark' email client, outlook should be able to predict the folders one want to move message to. The search folder option is in place yes but is in my mind not enough for quick action purposes.

My scanning the subject and content of notes and where other notes are filed you could suggest the likely folder to file a note into. The UI could suggest 2 or 3 likely options plus an "other" button to select the right option.
I want the app to become smart and predict where I want to move the message too. A feature the native iOS mail app has. Very helpful/saves time.

I am currently using Outlook on my iPad and if I move an email into a file a screen pops up and I have a choice where to put it. However getting back to t is not easy at all. actually, I haven't found a link on the main email page. Is it there and I am missing it? I want my folders available or what is the point in organizing things? I am almost ready to switch programs for that reason!

The Feature will be awesome. The E-Mail Client Spark has this feature and it is real great.

After reading an E-Mail on the iOS device, I'd like to move it to the Folder it belong to. When moving, I have to always scroll down to the target folder. It would be great if Outlook mobile would, like the desktop version, list at the top the last used target folders to which I recently moved mails to - by this moving to frequently targeted folder (like in my case, "mails 2017" or "received Orders") would become much more convenient.

In is absolutely necessary!!! please do it
Like the iOS app (and blackberry mail), the app should"learn" where email messages should be saved in a folder, and suggest the appropriate folder based on to/from/subject/past email moves to folder. Takes way too long to scroll and locate the folder you want to move a message to. Also, please provide HTML email signature support so email signatures can be consistent from desktop outlook to mobile outlook. At a minimum, allow to change color/font of email signatures like iOS allows.
Also, add a "move" message button at top so you don't have to click the ... first.

It would be really helpful if the "move to folder" option that is present on the iPhone / iPad app was also available on the Apple Watch.

+1. Major efficiency gain by not having to scroll through to find the same folder I just used on the previous email(s)
As in the native iOS mail app, Auto-recommending where a mail gets moved to is very helpful, please have this feature added. This should not be that hard since threaded conversations are already in place.
As a user, I want the ability to long press or use another form of selection to quickly send an email to a folder based on similar email types detected by the system. Feature is available in default iOS Mail app.
Please add "predictive filing" such as boxer and now Apple mail offers in IOS.
I for one have many many folders that I file in and I find this feature GREAT!
Improve the Move email feature to suggest which folder to move email based on previous moves.
1. Recommend folder based on subject
2. Recommend top 5 most used folders to move email
3. Recommend folder based on sender

Is it possible for the app to suggest a folder when I want to move emails? I had that feature with several apps on android and it saves a tremendous amount of time.

Like the iOS mail app, and like the Outlook desktop client, I suggest this app give us a set of intelligent options (based on email address, contact, etc) as to which folder the mail item should be moved to, when clicking that option from the Inbox, or any other folder.

Boxer does it great. I would love to use only one software!
Can you make it easier to browse to mailbox folders or have a section of recent folders for putting emails in when trying to move? When I move emails to the folders below (as I have quite a few) you have to keep scrolling until you find it. Then if you move another email it will not point back to that folder and you play hunt the folder again ;0) thanks guys.

Use previous records of where emails are moved to to automatically suggest where an email is filed when this action is invoked.
