Multiple Download of Attachments
On emails with attachments the ability to Download all to phone memory could be pretty useful?

When receiving many pictures, it would be nice to be able to just see them all instead of opening one at a time

Why does Outlook display multiple ugly unassociated file types for attachments. If a photo or screenshot is in my email it should be displayed just as it is. I don't want to open multiple attachments. It acts as if it's not opening images by default. I want it to open all images by default. Give us the option to disable such security features.

Current function demands selecting each individual attachment and selecting the destination folder to save it to. With multiple files a tedious job. Would be very pleased with a "Save all" functionality.
Thank you.
Love the app!

It would be great if there is an option to download or save all attachments at once.
Right now if email contains more than one attachment,i have to open and go back again to open the attachments
It is beneficial in case of viewing documents or images so we can scroll
It is also beneficial in case of sharing via other apps -

Would be great to have an option to download all attachments form an email like pictures. Save all pictures to phone. And of course be able to select them one by one

In apple mail you can choose to save all or just an individual picture. This would be very convenient to have same feature in Outlook.

I can't see how one option "save all attachments" could be so hard to implement. And I am not talking about saving them to a "a drive" or "a cloud"... I want to save them to my device, in this case my iPhone.

Hi there, in outlook on my PC I can save all attachments to one place. I receive a lot of emails with lots of attachments on and it would be great to be able to "save all" attachments with one button rather than selecting each one individually - which, when there are 20 of them, can take some time.
Thanks

Oops. I accidently flagged this idea..I think it's a great idea. Instead of leaving the emails on the server; as some would request, it would be much better to be able to download on our phone or an SD card ( for those who don't have alot of storage).

Hi, I seldom get an email with several pictures from a family trip or a friends vacation.
A nice feature would be to save all attachment/pictures at one or at least save them to onedrive. -

When I receive multiple file attachments for a meeting, I currently have to open each one individually, save it to a resource like Google Drive, then go to that resource and move it to the folder for that meeting. Just a lot of steps.

Would be great to have a button that would all all pictures received in an email to be downloaded to the camera roll so that each picture doesn't have to be downloaded 1 by 1.

I have a feature request for managing attachments. I have already suggested this feature many times but no one seems to listen to me.
Pls make the following points understood by your development team
A) we need to be able to select multiple attachments for downloading in one go. And NOT select one ... Wait for it to download then select another .. So on and so forth.
B) a thumbnail for attachment downloaded and ready to be opened. So we know this attachment is down loaded and no need to select it for download.
C) ability to select attachments to save on cloud. If we receive 10 attachments and we want to save 5 out of 10 then we are able to select these 5 and save on cloud storage. And if we want to save all the 10 then a "select all " button saves all the attachment in one go to the cloud of choice. Currently we select an attachment , it downloads , opens and then we save this single attachment to cloud and then we repeat the steps for another attachment. How efficient! -

Hey u guys are not reading what we have written as a suggestion, this is not complete. ! Please kindly read what is requested as a feature instead of just copying your response and pasting and marking a request as complete.

Sometimes I have an email that has 10+ attachments, going through each to save them 1 by 1 can be a pain!

Just like outlook desktop, a feature that allowed the user to "Save All Attachments" to any saved location, or even open in another app, would be very handy.

Please implement a feature where users can download all of an email's attachments (pdf, doc, jpg, etc) simultaneously, rather than forcing users to select each attachment individually to open a window where a file has to load before completely prior to downloading.
The current process has far too many steps to click-thru just for one image in one email, never mind if there's ten more attachments waiting. This is a "mobile" app; by definition, users should be in and out of the app — not bogged down by a cumbersome, clumsy, and unnecessarily drawn out process.

we often receive emails with multiple attachments. we need
a) some indication that a attachment is downloaded. this becomes handy when we receive so many attachments and we have downloaded some and some needs to be downloaded but we cannot keep track which ones we have selected and downloaded.
b) ability to download multiple attachments instead of waiting for a single attachment to download first.. or in other words automatic download of attachments instead of selecting one and then waiting for it to down load.
