Multiple Download of Attachments
On emails with attachments the ability to Download all to phone memory could be pretty useful?

I miss the feature „save all attachments“. E.g. when you have 3 attachments in an email, it would make sense to able to save them all to e.g. Box. Atm I would have to do that step 3 times for each attachment.
I furthermore miss a direkt integration to Box, which would make file organisation much easier.

Hi, I want to send you an idea with a new useful feature for Outlook on iOS. I work in sales and acquisition business and it’s daily job when I receive emails from partners with 20 pictures attached to save them right away on my iPhone camera roll. The only problem is that the spark email app don’t have this option. Only if I click on every attached picture and save it and go to the next one and so on. This is time wasting problem. Imagine when I receive 2 or 3 emails with pictures attached.... The option 1 was to use Outlook as daily driver and when I need to download all attached pictures to open mail (native ios) and save them and exit mail. And the second option is myMail , that has this option and it’s no need to use 2 mail apps anymore. Did you ever think to implement this feature ? It would be great...
Looking forward for you’re answer Have a nice day !

You have to scroll to the bottom of the email and in some instances this can be a long way before you can download all the images within the email (don’t mean attachments). Much easier to place the button at the top.

Currently comparing Outlook on the iPad Pro to a Outlook on a MacBook for every day work. I get a lot of emails with multiple attachments to the lack of a facility to download all is a big negative for me in Outlook for IOS and in fact will probably be a show stopper. Hope you can address this function in a future release. Cheers John K

When saving attachements I’m able to save to lots of cloud storage place but not to a teams site for my team to easily pick up. Suggest adding this ability as well rather than having to do it in 2nsteps

Our business uses Sharepoint. I would very much like more flexibility to choose the location on OneDrive and/or Sharepoint to save attachments from emails on the iphone/ipad app.

Is this 2018 or 1988? This is a VERY BASIC feature that we shouldn't even be asking for.

Ability to click once to save all attachments in one email to chosen location. Now it’s just one by one which is more time consuming.

Would be really helpful to have an option to save all the attachments associated with an email. For example to a OneDrive folder.

Please, add "Download all attachments" to Outlook for IOS. It is very necessary to be able to save several images attached to an email at once. i receive a lot of emails with several images attached and it's complex to save one by one.

Allow saving attachments without opening them
Press and hold to show locations to save attachment does not seem to work on outlook for iOS. I just tried. -

I would love a “Download All Attachments” or a “Save All Attachments” feature. Instead of having to open and download/save each email attachment one-by-one, I would love a feature where you can choose to download/save all attachments at once (and be able to choose a Save To location within third-party storage, ie Google Drive or OneDribe.

The app misses a very basic feature of being able to save all attachments in an email in one go. The only way to currently save an attachment is to first open the attachment and then use share function to share to the Files folder or to OneDrive - this has to be done one attachment at a time which is very cumbersome and each time navigate to the specific folder as last accessed/saved folder history is not retained. Tried also adding my OneDrive account within the app but even then one needs to save attachments one at a time and here you don't even get an option to navigate to specific folders. Please fix urgently

Add the ability to selectively download attachments. Auto download while on wifi is fine, but when using cellular data it means that your cap can be quickly consumed.
I currently don't allow outlook to use mobile data at all to avoid the data usage issue.

Ability to apply app-wide policy of how much space is used for caching loaded attachments, files, etc. Ability to clear cache and display its current size. Please.

Possibility to download all attached documents to an email directly into folders or other apps (like Drive, Mega etc), not one by one and not only images.

Probably just me not knowing how, but if loading multiple attachments to an email from Dropbox through the App - it only lets me select on file at a time. In my example, I saved 12 individual monthly Energy bills in Dropbox as PDF’s.
I would have liked to be able to add all twelve at once by selecting more than one file at a time, but couldn’t work out how. Not sure if this a Dropbox limitation, an Outlook limitation, or a lack of ‘know how’ on my part?
