Formatting functions such as changing font color, highlighting, bold/underline/italic which appear in Outlook on the browser should also be available on the Outlook app.

Please add all votes from the 40 tabs you have for “FONTS” and you will see that it is the number one request the last 4 years.

Definitely would love to be able to choose fonts.
This feature is definitely necessary.
We would love that control.

I would like to request a feature to choose monospaced font when viewing plain-text emails. I sometimes receive plain-text emails that don’t display properly with regular fonts. For example I use Amazon SNS to send output from command-line server admin scripts. This is an option in the macOS Outlook app already.

In your Outlook Mobile App, there is no option to choose default font & colour for new emails & reply/forward emails, like it has in the Outlook Desktop application. Please provide this feature because its very useful and the essential feature of Outlook Desktop application.

Trying to format text when *a*) composing an e-mail message or *b*) writing a description of a calendar appointment is confusing and inconsistent for users.
- Please use the iOS toolbar (UIToolbar in UIKit) for text formatting actions in Outlook for iOS so it's easy to always format text in e-mails and calendar appointments.
## Why text formatting is confusing
These observations apply to Outlook for iOS (v4.47.0)
### Examples
1. No text formatting options are displayed when editing a calendar appointment,
2. Pressing the *tab* key on a physical keyboard — i.e., Smart Keyboard attached to an iPad — will **not** indent a list when composing an e-mail;
- where as, pressing the *tab* key on the on-screen keyboard does indent a list.### Use case
For iOS, most users expect to see text formatting actions — e.g., indentation actions, hyperlink formatting, text options, adding attachments — in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Furthermore, the toolbar automatically changes it's appearance to best match the use of the on-screen or a physical keyboard.

Why is this being overlooked by Microsoft? Currently, all incoming/outgoing mails have all types of fonts sizes and styles which make emails look inconsistent, cluttered and unprofessional. Moreover, the emails dont display correctly in Gmail and Yahoo etc.
WE "NEED" options to change font styles and sizes in Outlook app!
And while you guys are at it please reduce the reply quotes from 4 lines to 1 maybe?

Please add a feature to increase font when reading the body text of an email. Dynamic Text only increases the inbox, not the emails. They come through so small they are barely readable.

Our company has a specific signature block that I can’t follow in the app because it has different colors and is a different font. It would be nice to have the correct signature when I am responding to emails on my phone

I would really like to change the font, or even select a sanserif instead of a serif font.
