Toggle back and forth between email and calendar functions.
When developing an email if you have to check your calendar, you have to save a draft email, check your email, and then come back to find draft folder and retrieve email. It would be great if you could push a button and your icons would pop up, go to calendar, and return easily.

Responding to emails with dates and times requires switching between tabs and creating unstable app.
Tapping the Calendar icon (bottom right on mobile) toggles between Agenda and Month calendar views.
In the matige app iOS; you can slide a concept e-mail tot the bottom and you can check your calendar for example and go back to it. This way you do not need to go back tot the concept folder
My business receives appointment requests via email. We almost always schedule these on a phone or iPad. The problem is that once you open a new appointment to create it you can’t jump back to the inbox message without first saving the appointment. Then, once you have the info you need you have to jump back to the calendar, open up the appointment and add the info.
If an appointment has several different pieces of info that need to be copy and pasted from a mail message (subject, location, notes, etc) you have to do this a few times to create an appointment.
Also, you can’t add anyone to it until you’re completely done or they will get an update each time you open then save a new piece of info. It’s extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Please please please make it so you can go between an open appointment and the mail box.
While creating a meeting invite, one should be able to go back to emails (copy paste text, look up people on a mail chain etc).
Currently if one has to refer to an email while in the middle of creating a new meeting invite, one has to kill the window, look up the info and redo the invite all over again.
It’s very annoying that if you need to check a date in your calendar while you’re writing an email, Outlook exits the draft email and saves it in the draft folder when you switch to the calendar function. When you switch back to writing, you can’t just pick up where you left off; you have to go into the drafts folder, reopen the email, scroll to where you were, and then resume writing.
Please make it easier to toggle between the calendar and an open email.
A very important feature needs to be added which is missing, that one gets with the combination icloud/Apple mail:
Calendar entry's are allways linked to emails!!! which is so handy. Eg: An e-mail contains time and date-> one click on it an a calendar entry is made. The awesome thing: once the date comes I click on it in the calender App and it brings me back to the relevant email without me having to search it. This really should be also available to outlook users.
I don’t like the calendar and email in the same app. It makes it difficult to toggle back and forth while doing two things at once. This is specifically regarding the mobile iPhone app.
I can’t switch between composing an email and checking a calendar. This is common enough for me to be a disincentive to use the app.

When I am writing an email and need to check my calendar to, e.g., check my availability and give a few slots in the email I need to save a draft of the email, open the calendar then go back to email and open the drafts folder. Very annoying!

Yes please .... it’s a pain having to go into calendar and then back into drafts to continue an email .... plus the fact you cannot yet search in the calendar

When I open an email there’s no back and forth button, no arrow whatsoever. I can’t skip to the next email or go to the previous email. Need an update asap.
Write e-mail and switch between e-mail and calendar without having to close the e-mail

You can’t have both open simultaneously. Fix that please.

New window for the calendar to toggle
Would like to simultaneously be able to use email and calendar without having to switch back and forth between them.

Often I need to get back to my calendar while writing an email. I have to close the email, which goes to drafts, go to calendar and back to drafts.
What would be great is if the email could compress down to the bottom as a row, that we could click on when I’m ready to go back in.

There needs to be a way to switch between in boxes that’s quicker then clicking on the hamburger and the new account. I don’t want to mix my accounts using the all in boxes future because I don’t want to mix work and personal. Maybe clicking on the envelope on the bottom first brings you to the top of your current inbox and clicking again takes you to the next inbox
