You should have the ability to change your password in the settings, and verify it with your phone number.

I have a company email account that I have forgotten the password to, but it is only accessible through my IOS app because it is still logged in. I need to be able to change the password in the app so I can then log into my account on my desktop/laptop. A feature like this in the IOS app would save people having to contact the administrators of the company to change a simple password.
I have looked everywhere and searched forums to see if this is possible, but I can’t seem to find this option. If anyone knows a way to do this through my logged in account on my IOS outlook app please let me know!

If you’ve changed your password it just says “updating mailbox” for eternity. I had to look up instructions on how to fix it. This is automatic with other apps

Provide the ability in Outlook to change your password. Currently I have to delete my company O365 account in Outlook, add it back in, and then go fix my personal O365 account info because my company account has now taken over my personal OneDrive.
Very clunky & time consuming!

Add a button to change password. It’s very difficult to get a new password entered after changing it on the computer!

The solution for recovery/reset of password is not user friendly and helpful at all. I have no access to my two factor verification anymore hence recovery form does not work for me even though I am still currently logged in on the outlook mobile app on my old mobile. But new device cannot be logged in. Instead of asking new user to create new email, please understand how significant to retain back the existing account. There should have more options to recover the account. Please enable change of password within the outlook mobile app itself!! There’s even Face ID protected but not sure why got signed out on new device.

Include an option to change/update password within the app settings. There’s no option to update the password within the app itself. If there is such an option, then it’s not easily accessible and needs to be changed to a place that is easier to find.

You need to change the way you change a password. You should just ask for a phone number to text and send to it a code that you can then put in the window and then can go the window to change the password. The system you have now doesn’t work.
