Unread Mail Filter for all Folders
Smart search folder that will show all unread emails from all folders, the same as in outlook for desktop. This feature will be perfect to use with exchange rules.

Ability to view all “unread” from all folders. I have rules set where emails move to different folders and I’d like to not have to go through each folder

As in Outlook on a pc. When you have a lot of rules that moves mails to another folder, it would be great to have the possibility to see all unread mails in place, even though they are in different folders. Right now I have to go through all the folders to see if any mails has arrived.

Create a button to easily see unread.

Really frustrating to check if any newmail directly coming to a folder due to rules, outlook app for ios dont show this info easily. Very basic requirment and outlook unable to provide this for so long.

Yes this! I use A LOT of rules to filter my mail on my desktop. When I’m on my phone app or having to use the browser from my home computer it makes my rules useless because I have to look in each single folder to see if there is a new message in there. Frustrating. I like the app otherwise.

Wish there was a view to get all unread messages, regardless of where they are stored in outlook...
Then we don’t have to navigate to the folders to find unread mails...

it would be nice to have more easy deleting. for example if I want to delete all unread files at once it would be nice to be able todo so in one -two clicks.it makes it slowly and hard to do multiple deleting.
Outlook jumps to the most recent unread email in the thread instead of going in chronological order (oldest unread first).
Can this be changed please?
Definitely need this for exchange and required really for a work account.

It is suggested to show the “unread” folders for quicker access of emails that are automatically saved to other folders and not show In the Inbox.

Maybe it's already there but impossible to find, but I'd love to be able to hit a button and just see only the mail I have not opened.
Francisco Bongon commented
Messages disappear IMMEDIATELY in this view is frustrating. Let messages stay until we navigate away.

It would be great to allow unread to be on the app in my phone. Also notifications are only for inbox or focused. I have email sent to specific files/people and use unread as my primary source of mail I need to address. I never get a notification when a new email comes in that is categorized already. I don’t want to have to move all inbox to specific folders but I would like to know if someone sent me an email. Not being able to reconcile this is frustrating.

Where can we find the option to view all unread emails?
When scrolling on all folders, can’t see any unread email notifications to prompt to go look into each folder - why would this be?
Kenny Revie commented
Provide and option to display unread mail regardless of the folder.

Make it 1 click to sort / filter unread emails. It takes too many steps.
Allow for tasks to sync to phone
Allow for Calendar categories to be color-coded like they are on the desktop application.

I would love to have a “# unread messages” at the top of the page when the focused toggle is turned off. It’s really helpful to know. Especially if I miss the little blue dot next to the message.

What happened to the unread message folder? I used it all the time!

With the app is there a function where I can see all my unread emails in one place including all my sub folders
Paul C Chance commented
Add an unread list to the list of folders, such as Inbox, Drafts, etc., to enable sorting by unread emails.
