Unread Mail Filter for all Folders
Smart search folder that will show all unread emails from all folders, the same as in outlook for desktop. This feature will be perfect to use with exchange rules.
Symantec EOL on Touchdown leaves me with no solution to the All Folders Unread Email problem. I live with an empty Inbox as much as possible.
Unread folder to all unread mails in all folders
Can’t understand why this or one of the other similar suggestions have not yet been implemented...it makes the app virtually impossible to use when you work with many sub folders and receive hundreds of emails a day... there are a few similar requests to this and they are equally as old, it is a huge usability issue... cannot understand why it hasn’t been sorted sooner
It is almost impossible to distinguish which emails have been read in a folder due to the lack of differentiation in the font used for the subject line.
Type isread:no in the search box, click both "all folders" and "all dates"on the next screen, and you have a slow, inefficient way to simulate the quick and efficient unread mail monitoring that used to be available in all versions of Outlook, but has apparently been eliminated from OWA, O365 and iOS versions.
There should be one unread folder that gather all unread emails in separate folders having the rules. This will allow sort by thread works efficiently if all unread emails with same subjects are sorted together.

It would be nice to have ability to click on unread and see all the unread messages you have, even the ones that are automatically filed into folders. Currently it just shows unread messages in your inbox. I get so many emails that I have setup rules to automatically file them. On the desktop version I can look at all unread messages but this is not available on the app.

Add an unread folder to show unread items only.
Being able to have an unread filter setting *by folder* would also be helpful.
I would leave it off for the Inbox, and on for the Archive.
I have an “unread mail” folder in my favorites on my desktop. Why can’t i have it in my mobile app. Without it, i have to check every folder due to my rules on my desktop. This makes checking emails on my phone very difficult and time consuming.
Definitely require the ability to configure a search folder on the iOS app - especially unread emails, as having all incoming mail forced into the inbox is not workable for my email account.

I have great volume of emails arriving (after I have set up specific rules) in inbox sub-folders.
I would strongly suggest that you include notifications for emails arriving in such folders and also include these in the unread folder, just like the desktop version.
Thank you in advance.
This feature is missing from too many of us, try to be organised and then get ‘punished’ by the system itself, whose parent version (desktop app) is offering this facility.
I am sure you will do your best to satisfy this requirement as well.
I use unread mails as a reminder to do something.
So when I filter the mails by unread it would be useful do see the mail, I recently took a short look into, in the list of unread mails.
So you can switch it back to unread, if I can not answer the email right now.
The Desktop App of Outlook has this described behavior.

Have an unread mail option that includes and aggregates all folders. Include the sub folders under the inbox in this unread mail option
It would be very helpful if I could view all of my unread emails in an unread inbox. That way I know which of my emails I accidentally didn’t read and which I am waiting to read for another time. It allows me to know when it was sent without having to search for it.

Hi everyone, may we have an unread folder (similar to the desktop outlook) that shows all unread mails that are not deleted?

Need a button to say, show me all unread messages regardless of folder. On the desktop it's very easy to see all unread messages because they light up and are visible whether in the inbox or they pushed to some folder within the inbox (like, voicemail or newsletters). But these are far too easy to miss on iPad or iPhone. Often, there is no sign of an unread email in a subfolder until you click that folder to check. This is fine for a couple folders but becomes unusable with more than a handful of subfolders (with rules-based pushing to such subfolders). To use an example, my voicemail pushes to a subfolder within Outlook but it's way too hard to see new messages within.

Please add the feature to view all unread emails across all folders on the server. I have rules set up to automatically sort incoming mail and I am missing new mail on IOS because of the lack of this feature.

Please tell me I am missing it but I don’t see a quick button that will just show me unread email for a given account. Would be tremendously helpful.
As of now, in order to selected unread mail in the inbox, it requires 2 clicks. One to tap the drop down and another to tap the unread email.
Make a single button at the top to instantly see the unread email.
