Set default reminder for meetings
Add the ability to set a default reminder notification instead of "none".

Ability to set default meeting length to 45mins or 25mins when creating an appointment in calendar
Please add an overall calendar setting where we can choose a default notification method for every calendar entry so we don’t have to add it each time when creating a new event. For example, send an email an hour before each event, with ability to customize.
Set default reminder email when creating calendar items.

It can get annoying to have to always remember to set the duration to all day event and remove the reminder all the time. Something in the settings that allows you to change the default options to this would be fantastic

Outlook Mobile does not honor All Day meeting reminders set to none. It defaults to 15 minutes which causes a notification to occur at 11:45pm. For Teams like mine this means that every night where we have created an all day appointment we are shocked awake by our phones.
We use these all day appointments to understand who is out of the office or will be in a partial day so that we can work around calendars. We need them as all day events so that they do not interfere with the rest of our calendar. We are all very careful that we explicitly set the Reminder to none so we avoid harassing our counterparts that we share these appointments with. Outlook ignoring this request creates a situation that removes functionality simply so that we allow people to sleep uninterrupted.

Most of my contacts have multiple email addresses - personal and business. When I start to type the name of the addressee both addresses appear in a list.
How do I control which address appears first in the list?
I have sent too many emails to the wrong address using Outlook, and I’ve had to revert to the standard Email app.

When I open a meeting request from the inbox, I will set the appropriate Alert time and then press Accept. It does not seem to be saving it. I have to browse over to the meeting and change it. Sometimes I have to go to all devices sharing the calendar to make sure they get updated as well. MADDENING!

I would like if I could change the default remind time( 9 am) for all day events and birthday events 1 day earlier.

Meeting alert 1 minute before event. The current options are 5 min or 0min. 5 min is too early. At zero min I am already late.

The default (currently fifteen minutes) will quickly create stacks and stacks of valueless reminders.
I want to be able to configure the default... to none
Calendars: ew feature to set default account choice so new events default to a specific accounts calendar.

It would be nice to be able to set a default phone number for contacts with more than one phone number. Thank you.
Ability to set your own reminder for meetings rather than the std default times - e.g. 1 minute is all I need - don't need 15 / 5 minutes
It's great that you can now choose whether to Notify Organizer when you chose to accept a calendar event or not, but it would be helpful if you could choose whether your default was on or off for this.

Instead of defaulting to Jan 4.
Can you also include the year. Yes I do want to schedule email reminders for 2018 already.
Note that the schedule feature is one of the main reasons I am trying Outlook over other mail apps.

As for the desktop version, when an event is created in the calendar, it is important to have the option to be free to set a CUSTOMIZABLE reminder time and not only 1 day, 1hour, etc

Not everyone wants the reminder at 9am.
This also fails to account for time zones or shift work.
How difficult is it to add such an obvious feature?
