- Set the number of days displayed for each folder
- Manual Sync Option
- Customize Sync frequency

The system, as developed by Microsoft, allows for a maximum of 1000 emails to be displayed in a folder at any given time. We do appreciate if this plafond can be increased to 2k.
Current sync fixes at 500 items per folder with load more gradually doubling this if you hit it several times.
Can you allow a user to select the duration or number of items to sync like Apple does. 500 is not a lot for enterprise use and only give a few days worth of email. Search is next to useless for this volume.
"If I can’t sync for more than 30 days this app is useless to me". Agreed. This limit is pretty ridiculous given the other email app options these days.
If I can’t sync for more than 30 days this app is useless to me
I just upgraded my email infrastructure of my business to find out, that I cannot use my beloved Outlook app on iOS for this, because of this issue.
I need to correct myself: I can use Outlook on iOS for mails of the last 30 days and HAVE TO use the mail client of Apple for all other mails.

Since I have several accounts and I prefer to have the capability to see all emails together but it would be an exceptional feature to have the option to completely turn off emails from the home group. To eliminate the unwanted emails I receive from that specific email account when in the home group. It’s time consuming jumping from account to account and would be easier to have the option to choose which account is placed in the home group. Thank you!
Syncing more than 30 days of email is necessary if this is to be a credible app

It feels like something that should be there from the beginning. How could one use an app that does not sync the amount of emails that one wants? Sitting i an airplane and catching up or reading “old” emails is imposible since just some emails are sync. Searching option takes years since it need to load every time for older emails. Sorry, switching app until feature released
Any folder starts to be synced first time I manually sync it. However. Once it is synced there is no way to disable syncing.
App is of no value to me or anyone else I have spoken to without the facility to download all historical emails and calendar information without limit. Whatever was the logic process that came to the conclusion that this facility should be limited to 30 days??? Unbelievable!!,
Can we have the option to choose number of mail to sync please , similar to IOS native mail app:
Ie 1 week, 1 month, 1 year , Unlimited .
Currently it’s only 500/1000 email which isn’t enough and causes inconsistencies between unread emails between Outlook and app for large mailboxes . If the mails are downloaded it should be cached and faster . Thanks .
In older version of outlook we could define the time frame of mails which outlook need to synconing. In the actual one this is changed to only one month. For companies this is not acceptable, most of companies need to see on there mobile devices also older mails than only 30 days. A nice to have if the user can choose by himself if 1 month, 3 month or all mails. But please let the user or company decide and not you.
All this already was avaliable in older version and it is a great step back to take this out.
Ability to decide the frequency of e-mail ping to the server and the ability to decide what is downloaded and how long it stays in the app

Exchange user feeling ripped off commented
It is insane to deny your Exchange users - who pay huge money to license, set up, and run LARGE MAILBOXES - access to more than 30 days of their most recent Inbox email in their Outlook for iOS synched mailboxes.
We need unlimited mail days in the inbox, or at least controllable from 30 days to 1 year, *minimum*
I have to go into every folder folder refresh and see if there is email in that folder. Is there a way to auto refresh the folders so that the unread email in those folders will automatically show?

Please implement ASAP custom customized sync frequencies. I have to access emails from mobile devices 90 -120 days old routinely. Thank you.
I agree. Unless I have the ability to sync mailbox more fully (more than 30 days) the app won’t work for me.
I have recently started using your app and was about to make that the standard app for our organization but have to date determined email exchange email on the Saints back 30 days that is a showstopper... we need access to email that is on the server please consider adding an option to whatever historical timeframe the user would want to their email
