Ability to perform an advanced search on emails with frequently used parameters like :
- From
- Date Range
- subject line
- by folder
- with attachment
- me as recipient: to or cc

Your search function needs to be more intuitive. When you type in a word it should be able to find what you are looking for... this is not the case. When someone replies to an email then you cannot search for the original email.

On multiple mailbox all folders are merged. This is problematic as the same folder name can exist in multiple mailbox.
Some mailboxes can have many folders and can only be located by scrolling. A find folder search will be most useful

The search function is terrible. Half the time I am unable to locate an email that I know exists. Take a look at Apple’s Mail app and duplicate that.

Current search function on phone/tablet does not allow for same functionality as desktop such as sort by date, name, etc. Enhancing this functionality would improve user experience considerably.

Take a cue from I phone calendar. Better nav and viewing. Need ability to sync them. Bring back folders! So limited now. Can’t do a full search for people in the search bar. Only two options to deal with an email message (swipe left or right).

for the outlook app would be more useful if every category had a search feature at the top. example search feature specific to people. currently only searches for everything but not specific to people/contacts. please add a search function specific to people

The ability to search for emails is completely antiquated and needs to be rethought. Think about how Robinhood made stock searching, buying radically simple - so does Microsoft with Outlook. Best of luck,

Add full search capability like in Thunderbird. Search by From, to, subject, age less or greater, body contains, has attachment, etc.
