Approve messages
If you have a security policy for a group that requires any messages to be approved, currently only OWA allows approval. The ability to approve these messages using the iOS App would be great! :)

In Outlook you can set filters for redirecting incoming emails directly to folders and sub folders. This is not working with the Outlook app yet.

As traveling admin/moderator this would be an extremely convenient option. We limit the amount of moderators within our organization and this would make those roles almost seamless. This option may never get many likes due to the fact there are VERY few moderators in the scheme of things thus keeping the improvement on the lowest rung of the ladder.

Ability to tag a important email so that it stays at the top of all emails until released. Kind of like it's frozen. Flagging can be a bottomless pit, this keeps critical stuff front and center
