Approve messages
If you have a security policy for a group that requires any messages to be approved, currently only OWA allows approval. The ability to approve these messages using the iOS App would be great! :)

Our company has many mobile users that would benefit from adding Exchange moderated message approval to the app. It would also give us better standing to standardize on the outlook app for company email.

It would be helpful, from an administrative perspective, to be able to approve or reject emails that require Microsoft Exchange Approval.

It would be nice if we could validate emails for the Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistant directly from the app. Only possible today with the desktop Outlook.

I don't think moderation approval works on any device I use which is a pain.
If you implement it here I can ditch iOS mail app for good and move to Outlook.

All communications, pending until I can see and verify that it is not a hacker trying to gain access through any electronic that I own, by cell , email , text. Confirm that they are not using another person that I have in my trusted contacts and such, piggy backing or attaching to gain my info or access through home phone, cell, email, internet, Cable, wi do, Bluetooth! Help!!! I'm still getting accessed, somehow!!!

We have delegation on emails with zip attachments that we approve / reject.
Would love to be able to do that via this app.

In Ms outlook on computer we can approve reject moderated emails to distribution list.
If you set a moderator in exchange to a distribution list, any message sent to this DL must be first approved by the moderator before it reaches the DL members.
Moderator will get a message saying "message pending for your decision" and above in place of reply button will show approve reject.
These buttons doesn't show on iPhone app.
Will be great if you can add this feature. -

Hello. I'm on the moderation list for emails which are sent to specific aliases at my company.
Unfortunately the only way to Approve or Decline these messages is by logging onto Outlook via the web browser. It's not ideal and impossible when on the move.
Could these approval buttons be brought to the Outlook for iOS app please? It'd make my - and a lot of other people's - life far easier! Thanks.

Please add functionality to allow admin approval of things liked blocked attachments. These messages are exposed in Outlook for iOS, but the "approve" and "deny" functionality (buttons) are not available for them like it is in Outlook for Windows. This makes it difficult to approve blocked attachments while on the go.

We utilize an approval process for certain emails using Exchange 2013 rules. We can view the emails for approval but have no option to approve or reject.

Very important in Education.

This would be a great addition because the mobile browser version of OWA gives you this ability, why not Outlook for mobile devices. It's almost the same as accepting/rejecting a meeting request, no?

Il serait plus pratique de pouvoir supprimer plusieurs messages à la

The subject of this comment should be changed to reflect that the request is for Exchange DLP support to be added.

How about a feature where after you read an email and you can park it for quick access at a later time. So let's say you get an email and it's of importance that you don't want to forget about it, but you know it's going to get lost in the ongoing flow of email throughout the day.
So you select Park and the email is filed in a separate folder. Perhaps even flagged with a reminder.
This way, the email isn't lost in the shuffle of other emails as its stored in a separate folder, it's readily available for review and response and it even prompts you when it's time sensitive.
