Approve messages
If you have a security policy for a group that requires any messages to be approved, currently only OWA allows approval. The ability to approve these messages using the iOS App would be great! :)

Love to see the ability to Accept or Deny a moderated Exchange Group list message in the mobile app

We also would love to have this feature in our organization. We take advantage of the exchange online rules to send suspicious emails for approval/rejection. We are bombarded with spearphishing/phishing and fake CEO type emails.

I concur. Our organization is just starting to use this feature. Please add it.

This would be very helpful. It's inconvenient to have to switch to the OWA app.

I have rules setup in exchange online for certain emails to be approved inbound and outbound and the only client that lets me approve or reject them is my windows client
It would be great if this client could also let me approve and reject based on the rules I have setup.
Thank you

How this is still not available as of July 2017 when Microsoft is urging customers to use the Outlook app for the best experience is beyond me. I still have senior management people who are unable to fully switch to the Outlook app on mobile devices because this feature is missing.

This App works almost like a Outlook client on PC except it lacks the ability to handle email approval. Right now I have to do that from a Outlook client on PC or through the Outlook Web client for Office365.
It will be really handy if email approval is available in App.

This huge for corporate email. Department admins cannot approve distribution group emails from there mobile devices. Administrators also needs this for approving attachments from mail flow rules while on the go.

Hi, indeed this is one of the feature that I am badly missing in Outlook iOS.
In general, it would be great if this function was smarter. I. e. It would be great for efficient mail routing if it was possible not only to approve or reject an incoming mail on a distribution list, but it was possible to define where rejected email got routed to. This conditional transfer would enable an information not only to be let in a defined workflow OR left out completely, but it would open up to the possibility of giving rejected mails an alternate workflow. -

It would be nice to be able to approve or decline any emails that have moderation through the app. At the moment I have to actually do it in a computer only.

Moderators make up a very small percentage the email using public but in an enterprise environment with moderated O365, this feature would allow for more timely delivery of global communications.
From a ROI perspective this may never reach a percentage level to warrant developer time but when taking into account the moderators duty to the customers they serve (by using your product) this would be beneficial to all users on an enterprise level in the end.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this feature suggestion.
