Approve messages
If you have a security policy for a group that requires any messages to be approved, currently only OWA allows approval. The ability to approve these messages using the iOS App would be great! :)

As many have expressed, this is critical and need a solution asap! I cannot keep logging in to webmail to access a feature that should be included in the app.

This is core functionality that needs to be included. If OWA can do it, surely a fully fledged application can implement this.

Why can't I approve in mobile Outlook?

If approval is required on the iPhone, we are asking the end user to display Outlook on the web for PC.
The convenience is improved by being able to approve it in the iOS app. -

This is extremely important and should be considered a basic need out of the box. Please escalate. My users are frustrated.

Currently my Users that use iOS cannot do message approval in the Outlook application. The ability to do this would be great.

Introduce a verified (approved) emails that have a maker checker work flow for sending, this will mean that the approvers have cleared the content of the email which can be treated as a formal confirmed email from an area rather than having it sent as an individual email.
This can truly replace formal signed correspondences and a better way for digitization.

I’m working with an exchange mail admin Center and I’m Unable to handle message approval request through this outlook mobile application. Every time I need to open my computer to do this. Please add message approval option to this app so that I can approve/discard email requests through my mobile phone. Thanks.

I know it blows, been pdealing with this for the past month or so. I figured the OWA would work after the app removed the function. I now as a workaround, will hold down the refresh button in the url/Search field and then click request desktop site and then the approval assistant will come up for me again.

Please add back the approve/reject messages in Outlook mobile (standard version) and iOS / Android App. Our live on-the-go mobile lives, why must login to Outlook client or Outlook on the web for Desktop in order to perform this function.

We lost the ability to do this as well in OWA using Safari on our mobile devices. Please add the feature back to OWA for mobile devices or add this feature to the Outlook app which would be preferred. Admins on the road can't always VPN from a laptop just to approve or reject an email. Thank you.

Previously I could not approve/reject via outlook mobile, but I could with OWA. As of a week ago OWA lost the ability to approve/reject. Please add this feature to Outlook mobile, or re-enable the feature on OWA.

This is requieres for corporate users who have supported their information protection policies on Azure DLP, AIP, and Intune.
As a subscriber my company is investing a lot of money on Microsoft security products and solutions and all the strategy is failing because of the lack of an approval button on Outlook mobile app.
VIP users on the company are the ones willing to use this feature on their cellphones and if they’re not happy with the solution then they will cut founds or pressure IT to move to other technologies.
PLEASE, we need an agile solution for this PROBLEM!
