Customizable Swipe Actions from Notification Area
e.g Mark as Read From Notification area without opening Outlook.
When I get email and click “as read” or “delete” on notification screen, app continue show notification number on app symbol.
Please as an option to the settings the same as the full outlook has that will mark a message as read when viewed in preview please. I use swipe to file but they get filed with out being marked as read unless I select the next message and come back to it.
When forwarding an email that is made up of multiple emails with attachments it becomes confusing as to which part of the email is being forwarded e.g. 1 whole email trail (inc all attachments) 2 part of the email (containing only a section/message) 3 all of the email trail without attachments. My wife and I have just spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to attach documents and forward them on to multiple recipients. Integration into iOS storage doesn’t work properly for a start and is ridiculously complicated. Three files that are PDF’s two saved to iOS downloads and the third just refused to download to anything other than the cloud - incredibly frustrating. When I managed to finally attach the three PDF’s I sent them to my wife’s outlook account, she received them and forwarded them onto someone else. I was copied in on the email trail and appeared to receive them in the email trail but the recipient did not get the attachments. When I inspected the email trail the last email had my original email plus my wife’s new email with all attachments. Why is it that the third recipient did not get the attachments- it’s all unnecessarily complicated.
Everytime I mark any new emails as read on the lock screen, the notification still shows red for new emails on the home screen. Even if I open app, it still shows unread emails for seconds, then turns to read. Please fix it.
Option that mark all email status read.

• Enhanced Notification Options:
Example, remind me at exactly 7:30AM, or remind me 2 days before the event.
• More Notifications Per Event
Remind me 2 days before, then 1 day before, then 30 mins before all for one event instead of snoozing continuously.
I like to schedule time on my calendar to take an action from an email rather than sending it to a to do list.
Please give us the option to “Mark as Completed” for calendar appointment notifications on the clock screen. iPhone ios13. This would help tremendously.

please provide mark as read option in notification in android
Please consider creating a "mark as read & delete" as one button on IOS for email notification on the lockscreen. Currently the only option I'm aware of is to long press, then "mark as read" from the lockscreen then deleting it from the app or long press on the lockscreen, then press delete, but you still need to open the app and open the deleted email to get rid of the "unread deleted" notification.
Currently snoozed emails, when coming back into the inbox (being “unsnoozed”), they are marked as Unread. This diluted the significance of Unread (since such snoozed emails have actually been read before). As a result, I multiple times a day have to bulk select all these “unsnoozed” emails in my Inbox and mark them Read.
Perhaps there should also be a separate setting whether snoozed emails give notifications when “unsnoozed”
Would be extremely crucial to have swipe options for notifications. In particular, would be helpful and more efficient to be able to delete emails from the home screen on a received notification. Thx

Have an option to highlight 10, 20, 50, 100 messages to mark as Read, Delete, Archive, etc. Maybe even a choice to Mark All as Read.
Touching 200 emails whilst scrolling is tedious and often times cancels out when a message is tapped more than once.
When i get an email a notification shows up on lock screen but when i go to view the email either by means of swipe the notification or by opening the the app the email on occasion decides to disappear from my phone and might decide in few hours to actual appear in my inbox on my cell phone. Note: when this happens i am able view the email on my laptop with no problem. I’ve tried to reset my phone and app however the email only seems to pop in my inbox when it feels like it with no rhyme or reason.

Please develop the app so that we can read the whole data in notification. Some if the important data is not shown in notification.

In Inbox, the highlighted/selected item is now only marked as read once it is de-selected. Unfortunately, the user cannot “keep Unread” using the menu at the bottom since the app does not yet recognize that the message is “read”. Please give me the option to mark as read UPON selection (as it was before), or NEVER mark as read until I manually swipe to do so.
Latest version of app marks emails “read” after selecting a new email to read. I prefer the old functionality where mails were marked “read” immediately after selecting them to read. If there isn’t overwhelming support to revert to the old “mark read immediately” functionality, please make this a configurable option similar to the desktop app.
Until the most recent update, as soon as you selected an email, it was marked as read. Now, you have to select another email for the first one to show as read.
Please either bring back the “auto read” function, or put the option into settings.
Previously, the emails were marked as read when it is opened in the preview pane on the ipad. Now, we need to move to the next email before it is marked as read. Please revert to the old way of marking, or give us an option to change this.
On the iPhone locked screen, when you swipe left, allow an option to mark read AND delete an email from your inbox vs just mark as read.
