When I send an email from my iPhone the receiver only see's my email address, not my name like when I send from my computer so they don't know it's from me until the read the message.
Would be nice to be able to choose how my email appears in the receiver inbox. -

I would like as many more settings adjustments available like we have in the "real" windows outlook, like possibility to sort contacts by last name, etc -

In 'people' enable an option to list or sort by last name. The first name option is not helpful.
